213 NOT ONE LESS (1/2)

Long Fuzi left the two so they can spend their time together and talk in private. He returned to their group meeting with the rest of his friends.

While Chan Gu excused himself for a while so he can have some time with Hae Soo. Which his friends agreed readily without any qualms.

Mu Lingxi and the rest of her friends went on discussing their next course of action, without Chan Gu. Anyways, they have already given him the task for information gathering.

Everything that will require planning and careful consideration will now fall on their hands. It will now depend on what the group will agree upon discussion.

Mu Lingxi and the others continued to brainstorm until the moon ascended into the night sky. When everything is settled and good to go, the meeting was adjourned.

The other students who went out to unwind in Majika were all starting to return back to their rooms. But Chan Gu was not among them.

It seems that this friend of theirs had the tendency to lost track of time whenever he was with Hae Soo. Up until now, he has not yet to return since his departure this afternoon.

”Haayy,... I think Chan Gu will eventually start spending less and less time with us now that he started pursuing a girl of his liking.”

Long Yue said as he sighs deeply. Being used to spending his time with his friends, Long Yue was the most affected among the rest of them.

He was usually the 'baby brother' in their own circle of friends. So he felt strongly attached to each of his friends.

The thought of having less time with one of his friends truly saddens him. If he could just keep his friends as much as he could, he would definitely do so.

Be it the cold and aloof Yun Xue, the study freak Fan Lei or anyone of his other friends, he wants to keep them all as his close confidant, not one less.

”That can not be necessarily the case. As long as Chan Gu can be with Hae Soo he will fine with it. As long as we are with Chan Gu we are fine with it too. If you know what I'm saying...”

Fan Lei said as he gave his friends a meaningful look. The corners of his mouth turned up as he waited for his friends to get the meaning behind his words.

'Are you suggesting that we should let Hae Soo stay with our group???”

It was Yun Xue who fist caught up with Fan Lei's train of thought. When the rest of the group come to realize what Fan Lei was hinting on them, they were also surprised.

”Well, that is not a fool-proof plan, but that is also not entirely impossible. Maybe we can try that.”

Long Fuzi drew his upper lip between his teeth as nodded his head in agreement.

As soon as Long Yue was given a clue, his mind started to spring into action. It was like he was given a rope to hold on to when he was about to fall into a cliff and so he clung to this rope of hope desperately as if his life depends on it.

His whole face lit up when he looked at Su Yan/ Mu Lingxi's direction. It was if he had found the answer he was looking for. It was like he had seen the ray of hope in Mu Lingxi's face.

”Right! We can do it that way. Brother Yan, what do you think?? Among all of us here, you are the best when it comes to duping girls. Just take that Shen Biru lass for example. Can you think of a way to rope Hae Soo into our group as well???”

”Exactly you are such a great swindler after all. No offense meant but you were just way too good about it. You deserved more than two thumbs up for that.”

Yun Xue seconded as recognition dawned on his usual cold and poker face. Iy was unsure if he said those words to compliment his friend or it was pure sarcasm on his part.

Nevertheless, when Mu Lingxi heard what Long Yue and Yun Xue said, a vein almost popped out in her neck. Her lips were pressed together setting her mouth in a hard line.

She waited for either Long Yue or Yu Xue to take back what they said but it looks like they were both dead serious when they said those words.

From how she sees it, it seemed that her friends really took him as a casanova for good deep in their minds. A real ladykiller through and through.

It looked like she really left her friends with a deep impression before. Leading Long Yue and the others to place her name next to this kind of reputation.
