209 TEACHER WEIs QUIRK (2/2)

After all, Teacher Wei does not look far from a typical prince charming. With his ever so youthful and dashing appearance, he can definitely steal a heart in no time if he tries to.

Being stared by those emerald green eyes of his can easily send a whole bunch of student sorceresses into a frenzy. Even his casual grin can take one's breath away.

”Good morning class, Are you ready to meet our next mythical creature in the list???”

”Ayeeee!!!!”

The class cheered merrily as they answered back. Mostly dominated by the infatuated student sorceresses.

In a blink of an eye, the classrooms seem to turn into a small room reserved for a meet and greet convention designed for Teacher Wei's fan's club.

Usually, during Mystozoology class, Teacher Wei would take everyone away to another location- and today is not an exemption either.

Just like before, Teacher Wei took them somewhere in hopes of giving his students a firsthand experience regarding beast handling.

They walked passed through several corridors before they arrived in an enclosed room. The room seems to have something that looks like a cellar. There was an open space on the floor and it has stairs heading downwards.

Mu Lingxi feels like she was descending in a basement as they walked further down. Right now, the class was walking into a dungeon-like place.

Its floor was damp and kinda slippery. While its walls reak of the smell of molds. The musty smell of the place sits on their nose as the unpleasant smell due to the poor ventilation permeated in the air.

After walking for around seventy to eighty meters, the class finally reached the bottom of the stairs. Raising their gaze, Mu Lingxi and the rest of the class could not help but be taken aback by what they saw.

It was a vast underground chamber!

Celestial pearls littered the floor giving the place a bright glow. The vast chamber looks empty because there is nothing inside of it aside from the huge tree standing on its center.

The towering tree, has an immense tree trunk, almost the size of the girth of twenty people combined. Its branches were sticking in an odd angle and there were figs all over its body.

The first question that left the whole class perplexed as soon as they arrived at the vast underground chamber and saw the huge tree is that, how did the tree manage to survive????

Obviously, there is neither no sunlight entering the place nor good ventilation. Which are the essentials in growing a plant. Without it, the plant will surely die. But the huge tree before them has no sign of life deprivation at all.

If any, it even looks healthy and vigorous. It has lush and large green leaves that look leathery and glossy. Mostly elliptical in shape. There were also small neon-colored fruits that come in different colors hanging on its branches.

”Class, this tree over here is called Banian Tree. This tree is the common resting place for our next mythical creature which I will be introducing to you, later on.

As you can see, there were leaves that have an attractive reddish tinge among its lush green leaves. Those are the young leaves of Banian Trees. Just to give you a heads up, the banian leaves abscise as soon as it matures, allowing the new young leaves to sprout in the process.

Now, enough about Banian Trees. Let us not talk about it anymore, or else I will be robbing Teacher Zhuo's lesson in Phytomysticology... HEHEHE

As I've told you before, this Banian Tree serves as the resting area for our next mythical creature. Do you see those colorful things hanging over there????”

As he said that, Teacher Wei nodded his head towards the direction of the tree where the neon-colored fruits were hanging...

”Hello there sweet lad and lass, come and greet my class.”

Teacher Wei said to no one in particular.

The students stared at each other and they saw the same confused expression reflecting on their faces. They took another look at their Mystozoology teacher, this time with doubt in their eyes.

Last time, they saw him tossing around a bunch of Bubble Fruits in an empty space. But that is not exactly an empty space, it is just that he was feeding the invisible Alicorns.

But this action of his almost leads the entire class to initially took him as a lunatic.

Now, he was even starting to talk in the empty air. Is this some sort of odd quirks that a genius tends to have?

Thinking back about it, that could also be possible. Most of the renowned geniuses, as well as powerful experts, had rather bizarre quirks on their own.

Maybe this was Teacher Wei's own signature quirk.
