”WWWWWIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEKKK!!!!!” the beast saw how his ball of flame was just easily swatted by the black panther.

The lava breathing beast issued series of attack. It tried to shoot ball of flames one after another. It continued to shoot the black panther's in all direction sealing its movement.

On the other hand, Janus was swatting the ball of fire effortlessly, turning it into thin smoke.

”MEOW”

[Geez,.... this is so boring????] he said while swatting its paws

Long Fuzi and Mu Lingxi was sitting on the ground. Both recuperating from their exhaustion. They were watching at the sidelines, and what they saw was a cat who was swaying its paw much like how a maestro was conducting an orchestra.

When the black panther arrived on time to save him, Long Fuzi was so relieved and he immediately crawled back to Mu Lingxi's side.

Seeing that the lady was not hurt he heaved another sigh of relief.

”I'm so sorry. If I didn't stop you from killing that beast you won't get hurt like this”

Mu Lingxi said deprecatingly. She was obviously blaming herself. She hate feeling like a damsel in distress and being a burden to anyone.

Before Long Fuzi could reply, they felt a searing heat coming from their direction. Unknowingly, the lava breathing beast shoot them another ball of flame when it realizes that its attack does not post any threat to the black panther. So it decided to change its target and switch back to attacking them instead.

”MEOW?!!”

[Hey stinky pig!!!! I'm your opponent!] Janus was quick from leaping on Mu Lingxi's side before the ball of flame reaches them.

”MEOW”

[I guess you don't know better than to seek for your own beating]

Janus got serious this time. Its fur stand on its end like he was electrified. He slowly walk towards the direction of the lava breathing boar. The pupil of his eyes dilated and his body radiated a dark and ancient aura.

”MEOW”

[Do you want me to cook a pig trotter's soup out of you hah?!!!! ]
