Mu Lingxi keep on running behind Janus and her knees were starting to buckled as she was getting tired from chasing after her cat.

”Hold it right there!!!!” she shouted as she collapse on the ground. She was still catching her breath when Janus went back to her side.

”MEOW”

[ Ohh I'm sorry little girl. I forgot that you can't run as good as I am.] he said as he situated himself next to Mu Lingxi.

”And what do you expect from me??? I only have two legs while you are running using all of your four legs. Don't talk as if you're a better runner than me.” she retorted as she cast a side glance to her cat who was acting haughty.

”MEOW”

[”Yeah, yeah,.... maybe next time you should try running on all fours as well and let us see if there is any difference.]

”YOU!!!!!” Mu Lingxi tried to grab her cocky cat but he was faster.

As if reading her and already expecting this reaction, the little black cat jump away a second before Mu Lingxi could even reached the spot where he was previously sitting.

”MEOW”

[ Don't waste your energy little girl. Take a rest, it's okay ] Janus said teasingly as if an elder talking to a willful child.

Mu Lingxi gave up arguing to her cat before she could die from frustration. Ever since this cat of hers started talking, she found out that her cat loves to tease her out. Although she knew that he does not mean to offend her but just plainly teasing her.

”What exactly are we doing here? What's the plan??? She can't help to asked her cat after she finally calm down.

”MEOW”

[ Duhhh?????? Of course the plan is for you to escape, have a rest,... then I suggest maybe you can consider changing into new set of dress??? Unless you want to go back to the banquet dress like that.] Janus answered as if it is a matter of fact.

”That's all? No extra plans like how can I resolved the conflict between me and that young prince Long Yue? ”
