27 Chapter 22 - Magligan (2/2)
”So? Who are you to change my mind!” Then he goes back in to kick Medusa a few more times. The begging from Medusa is just an excuse for her father to hit her more because Medusa's father loses a lot of money from gambling last night. Even though he went home last night and beat his wife, but still not enough for him to get his anger out of the system. He can't go all in on his wife because that will kill his sex toy and it is really hard to find a woman who can handle him. Moreover, it is really humiliating for him if he did accidentally kill his wife because everyone will criticize him for doing such a brutal act on his wife just because he lost his money.
”...”Medusa did not say anything back but disappointed at his parents and life. She collapses down to the floor and cries while her father nonstops hitting her.
”Huf! Huf!” A dog runs down from the second floor after Medusa's father finish beating her.
”Good boy! Good boy! I guess you will have extract food today because that stupid piece of Sh*t doesn't know how to act!” Medusa's father looks at Medusa with anger and then change his attitude to a great father figure and pets the dog on the head, then stands up and walks toward his wife.
”Roof! Roof!” The dog barks at Medusa causing her to look up at the dog thinking the dog is sympathizing her. However, life doesn't always go on the way that is expected.
”Piss...” The dog walks a little closer to Medusa and turns around lifting its feet up and starts to piss on Medusa. Even the dog is bullying her.
Medusa sits on the floor shocked, then starts to feel wronged by the whole world then cries, but this time she kept her voice down because she doesn't want to get beaten by her father anymore.
She is broken from the inside out, she doesn't know why is she even exists in this world anymore. Her hopes, dreams are being washed away along with the dog's piss. She is dead, she doesn't feel love anymore, but she is too scared to die. The only thing she can do no is to keep suffering the unfortunates and waits for an opportunity for her to make it out of this hell hole.
”I think I can help you, angel girl!” a comfortable, charming voice lights up her hopes once again.
Medusa gets her guards up and looks around her, but once again being fooled by this voice. She sees no one around her, only the same old crapy looking furniture and a puddle of dog piss.
However, the sound she just hears actually exists, and it is from a devil that had collected hundred of corrupted souls and his hand is filled with blood and tears from the victims.
”Looks like she is READY!” This good-looking devil softly said.
A seed of hope is planted inside Medusa's heart. What will happen to her that will forever change her?
