21 Chapter 17 - Love, Evol (1/2)

After the parturition period, Darwin's mom finally gives birth to Darwin's little sister.

Darwin's dad stormed into the patine's room to see his wife and his daughter. Follow up by Darwin slowly walks into the room.

”Come here sweety, come to say hi to your sister, isn't she the cutest!” Darwin's mom notices Darwin and asks him to walk over to see his little sister.

”O...Okay...” Darwin feels a little upset after hearing his mother call the baby sister ”cutest” instead of him. This is a feeling that a lot of childhood experiences when they hear their parent call the siblings or other kid cute or other words that have the same meaning.

”Come, baby, say hi!” Darwin's mom is so happy that she didn't even realize that she has upset her little boy.

”H...Hi...” Darwin is feeling shy and at the same time nervous along with a little bit of sadness, but he knows if he acts anything abnormal that will break his mother's heart. Therefore he is keeping his cool when he faces the baby.

”Hi! My little brother!” Darwin's mom imitates a baby voice to interact with Darwin.

”WOW! The baby talks!”Darwin's dad exaggerates.

”Haha...”Darwin gigs a little.

”Hey honey, what do you want to name her?” Darwin's mom looks at her husband while passing the baby to him.

”Uhu? Name?! Oh...! I...I don't have one yet...”Darwin's dad takes over the baby and awkwardly answers.

”What! Didn't we discussed this before?” Darwin's mom is mad and is a little frustrated because the hospital will not give them any time to think of about it at home.

”I'm sorry...”Darwin's dad feels sorry for his beloved wife to sacrifice her body to give birth to his child and he can not finish one simple task.

”You...ahhhh!” Darwin's mom can't control her emotions after childbirth.

”It is fine baby, I swear I will come up with a beautiful name for my baby girl as soon as possible!” Darwin's dad is trying everything he can to comfort her wife.

”Mom, can I give her a name?” Darwin weakly asks when he saw his parent is about to get into a bad fight in the hospital and he also wants to help out the family even though he doesn't like his newborn sister that much.

”You?” Darwin's mom and dad both looked at him and looks confused and disbelieved.

”Yeah, I have a good name for the baby! Trust me! Please!” Darwin feels deeply betrayed by his parent and that hurts his little pure heart even more.

”Okay, fine, but don't play around!” Darwin's mom said.

”I swear! I won't!” Darwin almost cry when he heard what his mother said.

”Don't worry son, no matter what, dad got your back!” Darwin's dad gives a gentle pet on Darwin's head while the other hand holds the baby, ”What is it?”

Darwin's mom angerly looks at her husband, it seems like she is saying, ”Its all your fault for not have a name ready!”

”Let me heard it, baby!” Darwin's mom softly comforts Darwin.
