Book 1: Chapter 8.2: Brother, Your Chest Muscles Are So Hard! (1/2)
It was a slap of strength. During the attack, the crimson energy was turned into a huge palm, and with a BANG sound, it pinched the two zombies together and patted them to the wall of the cave.
The mountain shook, and gravel and soil blocks continued to fall. Tang Wei saw this and quickly lifted the sword up to protect himself.
After the dust settled, Tang Wei looked at the wall aside, and there was only a bottomless palm print there. The two zombies were gone, and it seemed that not even a single bone was left.
“Brother Tang.”
A gentle voice sounded next to him.
“We meet again.”
Tang Wei turned his head and saw Bai Qiuran standing with his hands behind the entrance, looking at him with a smile.
“Bai Qiuran.”
Tang Wei felt relieved and asked again:
“Why did you come here?”
“Why can’t I?”
Bai Qiuran responded:
“After hearing that a demon is harming people, as I’ve come here, if I will go back without doing anything, my mentor will kill me when he knows it.”
“You are pretty good.”
After hearing Bai Qiuran’s words, Tang Wei’s expression eased slightly.
“But it’s too dangerous for you to come here alone … be careful!”
At the moment when Tang Wei’s exclaimed sound, Bai Qiuran’s Mind Power also captured the thing that climbed from the ground and flew towards himself. He turned quickly and stretched out a hand to resist the attacking demon.
boom!
When a wave of air exploded, Tang Wei looked at what was blocked by Bai Qiuran and exclaimed:
“Another zombie demon, how many are there?”
“There are many such things.”
Bai Qiuran who was wrestling with the zombie demon was still relaxed, but at this moment, he heard some wonderful sounds in his ears.
He lowered his head and looked, then raised his head up slightly and said to Tang Wei:
“Brother Tang, we may have a bit of trouble…”
“What?”
Tang Wei looked at the zombie demon that constantly pressed Bai Qiuran, and asked nervously:
“Are you unable to hold up?”
“No, I’m quite capable.”
Bai Qiuran gave a glare to the land under his feet.
“But this ground under our feet may not be able to support us … it is hollow underneath.”
Tang Wei looked at his feet. Sure enough, at the foot of Bai Qiuran’s feet, a circle of web-like cracks appeared, and it continued to expand.
