Regardless, Qin Feng still had a very good impression of the man!

“Governor Qin! I hope you’ve been well since we last met?” He Liming smiled faintly. He did not carry the arrogant tone higher-ups used when speaking to those that ranked lower than them in the way he spoke, putting himself and Qin Feng at the same position.
