The people, who came to the the ST Capsule’s supply factory, couldn’t help but open their mouths. Every process was automated, and the only employee deployed there were the inspectors.
Lee-joonhyuk smiled at the sight of the machines moving to complete the Capsules. Since he had entered a big corporation, he had one more reason to stay alive.
He have to stay alive.
Deputy head Jang gave a simple briefing. Lee-joonhyuk glanced to his side to see Kim-oonsuh, who was looking at her tablet.
He thought about the question she had asked him. Then he thought about the answer he gave her. In the end, he thought his way of thinking was right.
Lee-joonhyuk wasn’t currently in a position to be hear about ‘those people’. Those people were summoning people over.
There probably will be a summoning this week. He worried about the numerous number of people, who might fall into a coma.
At that moment, Kim-oonsuh was secretly looking around, and she met Lee-joonhyuk’s eyes. When Lee-joonhyuk met her eyes, he tried to smile a little bit.
However, Kim-oonsuh turned her gaze back to her tablet with a flat expression.
He heard deputy head Jang’s voice.
“This process allows us to make about ten thousand unit a week, but we might have to expand that amount soon.”
There were about 6 thousand new coma patients formed every week. The ma.s.s comatose patients were put into Capsules by W.A.N.C.S., and they were supplied a fixed amount.
In case of the coma patients in normal hospitals, the hospital had to purchase it or the guardians of the comatose patient had to request the purchase.
The number was quite formidable, so they had to make over ten thousand Capsules a week.
After everyone finished their tour of the ST Capsule factory, everyone went outside. In front of the bus, Kim-oonsuh took charge.
“We are going to move to our company’s training facilities. Please get on the vehicles.”
Lee-joonhyuk got on the bus with his 2nd group members. There were two small buses, and each group got on one of the vehicles with the employees in charge of their progress. Deputy director Jang and two other employees got on the vehicle with Lee-joonhyuk.
When Lee-joonhyuk got on the vehicle, he went to his seat and he closed his eyes. He didn’t want to waste energy talking to other people, while they were on the move.
For the past couple days, he had focused on exercising, so he hadn’t been able to leave his body alone. While he had his eyes close, Lee-joonhyuk sent strength to different parts of his entire body.
While he was doing this, someone came and sat next to Lee-joonhyuk’s seat. The perfume tickled his nose, so Lee-joonhyuk opened his eyes.
“You are always by yourself?”
Amongst the people who entered the company at the same time as Lee-joonhyuk, Jun-somin had the most exceptional appearance. He wasn’t too happy with her attempt at trying to get close to him. Of course, a beauty approaching him was a good thing, but as the old saying goes, appearance wasn’t everything.
“Do you have something to say to me?”
“I can’t sit next to you if I don’t have anything to say?”
Lee-joonhyuk smiled bitterly as he replied.
“No. I thought I would close my eyes.”
“Hoong.”
Jun-somin slightly tilted her head, and her bobbed hair softly fell onto her shoulder. Lee-joonhyuk close his eyes then he spoke.
“Please excuse me.”
When Lee-joonhyuk closed his eyes, and he didn’t show any signs of wanting to talk, Jun-somin stared at him as if he was unusual. Jun-somin knew what her weapons was.
She had always been treated well by people around her, because of her outstanding appearance. This time, when she was hired by ST Capsule, her value had increased a lot. However, Lee-joonhyuk didn’t even show the slightest interest in her.
Lee-joonhyuk wasn’t that good looking. If she was to rate his appearance, he would be categorized in the upper category, but there were many people with better looks.
However, there was something that drew her to Lee-joonhyuk. He had a confident att.i.tude, and sometimes she could see within his deep eyes that he was experienced, which was inconsistent with his age.
This was why Jun-somin tried to approach him first. However, he had closed his eyes even with her at his side. It scratched against her pride.
This was why Jun-somin kept sitting next. She folded her arms, then she also closed her eyes. When the tension went away, she eventually fell asleep.
Lee-joonhyuk saw Jun-somin sit next to him, and he saw her also close her eyes like him. Then she fell asleep. He had closed his eyes to train, so what was she trying to doing?
After a brief time, she had fallen asleep, and her head soon came to rest on his shoulder. It would be weird to push her head away. Lee-joonhyuk let her use his shoulder, so she could comfortably lean against it. On the other side, he was moving his muscles as he tuned it.
One of the methods Atlan taught him was a way to control each of his muscles. If he was able control his muscles, then he would be able to squeeze out the maximum amount of muscle strength.
Moreover, the muscles used in battle differed from muscles used in everyday life. By controlling the muscles rarely used, one could produce enormous amount of power.
This was why Lee-joonhyuk was putting strength into various parts of his body. He was focusing on trying to find, which muscles moved. The human body has 640 muscles. Lee-joonhyuk could only differentiate the large muscles right now, but he was starting to understand the muscles one at a time. He had yet to understand half of it, so Lee-joonhyuk had to concentrate, while cutting back on his sleep.
The bus arrived at the training facilities, so Lee-joonhyuk could no longer let her use his shoulder.
“Miss Jun-somin.”
“Ooh-oong?”
Jun-somin slowly opened her eyes, and she woke up in surprise. She came to realize she had slept, while using Lee-joonhyuk’s shoulder as a pillow. She turned her head towards the window, then she took out a mirror to check the state of her face.
She let out a sigh of relief when she saw there weren’t anything especially out of order. She spoke as she stood up.
“Why didn’t you wake me?’
“I was also asleep, so I didn’t know.”
He said this to lessen her embarra.s.sment at least a little bit. Lee-joonhyuk stood up from his seat, and he put his backpack on. As he got up, Jun-somin saw the stain on Lee-joonhyuk’s arm. She hurriedly got off the bus with a red face.
Lee-joonhyuk’s cloth was wet, because Jun-somin had drooled on him, while she slept. He took out a handkerchief, and he wiped it off before he got off the bus. When he got off the bus, he saw the Chunma mountain.
The ST Capsule’s training facilities was built with the Chunma mountain at its back. The facility’s size was quite unusual. They were surprise since the training facilities was too big just to house only 20 people. Deputy head Jang started to give an explanation.
“This training facility can house up to 3000 employees. First, we’ll a.s.sign where you will sleep. Please follow the personnel for this event. When your lodgings have been chosen, please unpack your belongings. Then we are planning to eat lunch, so please come down after a change of clothes. The clothes you will have to change into will be within the closet of your room. Lunch will be held at the facility’s cafeteria, so please come to that location.”
Kim-oonsuh left with deputy head Jang, then the personnel for the event stepped forward to guide them. Lee-joonhyuk followed them to the facility’s lodging, and he was a.s.signed a room.
The facility’s quarters were made to house two people. Lee-joonhyuk smiled when he saw the person, who he had to share a room with.
“What is so funny?”
“Nothing. I’ll choose my spot first.”
“I’ll sleep near the window.”
When he saw Kim-jangho unpack his belongings on the bed, Lee-joonhyuk unpacked his belonging on the bed located in the inner part of the room.
Kim-jangho took the initiative to speak to Lee-joonhyuk.
“Even though we are going to use the same room, please don’t think we’ve gotten closer to each other.” (TLN: basically don’t think of me as a friend speech)
“Is there a reason why we have to distance ourselves from each other?”
When Lee-joonhyuk asked this question to Kim-jangho, he replied back as he pushed his gla.s.ses up with his middle finger.
“Mr. Lee-joonhyuk. Which university did you graduate from?”
“Han-jin university.”
“Look at that. I graduated at the top of my cla.s.s in business administration from Hankook University.”
