Lan Yue suddenly understood why Qi Yanjun hated her so much.

If she had known earlier on that Qi Yanjun had a woman she truly liked, she would have immediately cut off her delusions about him.

”Lan Yue!”

Qi Yanjun ended the call and stood up while swaying. When he saw her pair of misty eyes, his footsteps paused for a moment before he smiled faintly, ”I'll let you off this time, but you have to promise me one thing.”

Qi Yanjun lowered his head and asked expressionlessly. Lan Yue had long since gotten used to's move, which was faster than flipping a book.

”What?”

”You'll know in a few days.” Qi Yanjun stopped by her side, and without any warning, he took off her hat and looked at her black satin hair which was draped down, covering her beautiful and elegant face. Under the dim light, she looked like a fragile orchid, causing people to love her.

His eyes flickered and he suddenly lowered his head. His beautiful, thin lips seemed to accidentally brush past her icy, red lips. His charming and gentle voice had a trace of meaning.

”This will be a surprise.”

After saying that, he opened the door to the room and left without looking back.

Lan Yue declined to comment as she faced his tall and straight figure and said softly.

”I promise.”

If she owed him, she would pay him back little by little.

When she was done, they really didn't owe each other anything, and they didn't know each other anymore.
