As I moved ahead, I could hear someone's footsteps. Are they reinforcements?

I turned about. There stood a young man with blond hair, holding a spear.

Although the words were polite, the tone was a little cold.

「These people said I was a terrorist. So I beat them up. It's alright though, I went easy with the back of the sword.」 (Tsuyuha)

「Is that so? Pardon me. I apologize as the leader of the knights... But that's no good, Tsuyuha. I asked you to have authorization when you enter the castle didn't I?」 (???)

「Hm? I forgot. What you said, and who you are.」 (Tsuyuha)

「Haha, so you've forgotten who I am? Then this is the second time we meet. I am Grey, leader of the knight order. My spear skills are Emperor-rank.」 (??? → Grey)

「An Emperor-rank spearman, I see. I understand. You're the strongest one now that the hero isn't here, right? Even if I fought I probably can't win yet. I will surpa.s.s you one day though. I'm Zenesys-sama's disciple after all.」 (Tsuyuha)

「Zenesys-sama's disciple? ...Ah, ok. Yes, that's right.」 (Grey)

「That's right. the castle is large so I don't know where Zenesys-sama is, would you tell me?」 (Tsuyuha)

「You're mean. Izayoi said I'm not Zenesys-sama's disciple. Zenesys-sama thought I was annoying so he sent randomly sent me on a journey he says.」 (Tsuyuha)

「Th, that... sure is mean.」 (Grey)

I wonder why I said that. And I said it to the one person I shouldn't have. Everyone thought that, but read the atmosphere and stayed quiet.

There are some things you're better off not knowing. Not saying anything to her was the best thing that I could have done.

「Wait a second. You're the leader of these people aren't you, Grey? Is it alright to leave them alone?」 (Tsuyuha)
