In the chairman’s office at Shengshi Group, Qiao Yu finished signing the last document, looked at his watch and found that it was five o’clock.

“Okay,” Qiao Yu answered but did not hang up. He frowned slightly, clicked the desk lightly with his fingers, and seemed to think of something.

“Is there anything else?” Xia Ning did not hear Qiao Yu hang up and asked.

“Nothing. I just want to wait until you hang up,” Qiao Yu whispered.

“Okay.” Then there was the sound of hanging up.

Qiao Yu looked at his cell phone with gloomy, dark eyes. Actually, he wanted to ask her whom she was with. But he also knew that he should give her enough freedom.

After being silent for a while, he got up, took his briefcase, and directly went out.

In Wen Yue’s home, Xia Ning hung up, looked at her cell phone, and fell into a daze.

It seemed that he wanted to ask her something just now.
