After eating their dinner in the bar, both Alisha and Ren left the Grass bar.
They walked together on the streets. It was late at night but there were still many people on the streets.
Some had alcohol bottles on their hands while some water roaming the streets with their lovers.
”Uncle, uncle!!”
Ren came out from his thoughts when he felt a hand shaking him. He looked to his side and saw Alisha grumbling.
”What happened?”
”I just asked you a question.”
”Sorry, I was distracted for a bit.”
”Uncle, you should focus when someone is talking to you. It's bad manners to ignore someone.”
Alisha said as if she was reprimanding a child. Ren found it to be quite cute.
”Okay, okay, I will focus on you from now on. What was your question?”
”I was asking, when was the time you realised you wanted to be an actor?”
”Uhh…I don't know exactly.”
Ren truly didn't know when was the time he had realised that he wanted to stand before the camera and act.
It was a long time ago and he was not able to recall it but Ren always knew that he wanted to become an actor.
”You should not lie to me.”
Alisha didn't believe Ren when he said that.
”I am not lying. Before I knew it, I realised that I wanted to be an actor. Why are you so interested in my profession?”
Alisha has been asking him various questions since the time she learned that Ren was a famous celebrity in China.
Maybe it was just her excitement towards meeting a celebrity for the first time.
”Of course, I would be interested. It's the first time I have met a celebrity.”
”I wonder if I can be called a celebrity here. No one knows me in America.”
”I am sure you would be famous in America, not all over the world one day.”
”Why do you think so?”
When Ren asked this question, Alisha scratched her head, like she didn't know how to answer.
In the end, she replied with slight hesitation.
”It's, it's because you are my uncle.”
”Pfttt.”
Ren laughed out loud when he heard that answer.
He would be famous not because of his acting, but because he was this girl's uncle?
Ren honestly didn't know how to answer it.
”You! I am not joking. Just you wait, you will be famous all over the world because of me one day.”
”I wish that happens.”
Ren said as he kept on laughing.
Seeing him laughing, Alisha started hitting him with her hands but Ren didn't feel any pain at all.
”Okay, okay, I will not laugh again.”
”You better not.”
Alisha said as she grumbled.
'She's really cute.'
Ren thought in his heart. Their first encounter can be said to be dramatic.
Ren has even thought of giving Alisha to the police for stealing his wallet but now they were laughing and talking while roaming the streets of Los Angeles.
It was like straight out of a movie.
As he and Alisha were talking, some people suddenly approached them.
”Hey, Asian!!”
It was three guys with tattoos on their arms and their hair was cut in a stylish haircut. They were also reeking of alcohol.
These guys were probably drunkards.
”Who are you all?”
Alisha said as she looked at them with a tinge of fear in her eyes.
”We are just good samaritans who want some money. Why don't you give us some?”
'Good samaritans my ass!!'
Ren cursed inwardly.
He can see that the three thugs were trying to extort money from him. They probably thought that Ren was an easy opponent as he was an Asian.
