”You! You are finally here.”

Director Kang said when she saw him. She looked like she wanted to say many things but she held herself back.

”Sorry for the trouble.”

”Trouble! You should call it a storm. We were really worried about it and you, you should not have sided with him.”

Director Zhao said as he alternated his gaze between Ren and White bear.

”Director Zhao, I...”

”It was my fault!”

Before White bear could continue speaking, Ren interrupted him and said.

”You!”

”It was my plan from the start. White bear helped me because I asked him to. It was not his fault.”

Ren said as he glanced at White bear.

He didn't want Director Zhao to blame White bear because of him.

”Fine, then, I will not say anything this time but don't help him in these crazy ideas from now on or else, I have to punish you.”

”I, I will take care of it.”

White bear said as he looked in gratitude towards Ren.

”We don't have time to talk anymore. The CEO is waiting for you.”

Director Kang said as she tapped her watch with her fingers. She has an impatient look on her face.

”You know what to say, right?”

”Yes, I have a plan.”

”I hope it's a good plane or you brewing that storm would be a big stupid idea.”

”Don't worry about it.”

Ren said as he started walking towards the CEO's office.

'I can do it.'

Strangely, he didn't feel nervous or fearful today.

Instead, he was excited and ecstatic, he can't wait to tell the CEO about his plans.

There was a part of him that was slightly scared but even that part was a little excited as Ren was pretty much sure of his plan.

He believed that his plan was decent and the CEO would agree to it.

He entered the CEO's office while thinking about those thoughts.

”You are finally here. I thought you were playing hide and seek with us.”

”I received your call. There's no way, I would not have come.”

Truthfully, Ren was thinking of meeting the CEO later, but he decided to come here because she has personally called him.

He can't refuse her.

”So, I think you really went far to just act in this one movie but you don't have to go that far, you should have told me about it, first.”

CEO Xu's words were right. Just like he had done when he had wanted to act in «The stars above», he could have just asked the CEO about it.

But Ren wanted to be sure that the project would be a success, that's why he implemented his plan.

«A born star» was not a movie he had seen in the future. It was a project that was never made into a movie or anything.

Ren was not sure about its success unlike «The stars above», that's why he decided to do it.

It was also because his plan was an all-rounded method to get the investors and hype the project to fame.

This way, he can cut off the chances of failure.

”I wanted to make sure that the project would be a success. That's why I decided to do that.”

”But, starting a rumor that you were planning to act and invest in a rookie director's movie which was even a musical drama was truly unexpected.”

”I know that but that type of rumor will surely attract anybody, especially in an industry where everyone is after profits.”
