Uncle Yu tried to pull s.h.i.+ Yuting away but Zuo Yi raised his hand to stop him.

s.h.i.+ Yuting turned a blind eye to Uncle Yu and Zuo Yi’s existence and was only staring at the person standing in front of him, as though he was afraid that she would disappear in a blink of an eye.

He continued staring at her for a few seconds and when he was finally certain that she was real, he finally calmed himself down.

s.h.i.+ Yuting stretched out his hand and pulled her into his arms, hugging her tightly so that he could be sure that she was real!

In the past, Zuo Weiyi would always feel warmth and sweetness when he held her like this but right now, all that she felt was a sharp pain in her heart.

Zuo Weiyi pushed him away in the next second as tears welled up in her eyes.
