She turned and continued watching the red sun in the sky.

“It’s only romantic if two people can watch the sunset together.”

Suddenly, a pair of strong and powerful arms wrapped around her from behind. Zuo Weiyi was startled and turned towards the man.

s.h.i.+ Yuting’s kiss came too suddenly. His tongue parted her teeth gently, sucking the faint fragrance on the tip of her tongue.

He kissed her softly and slowly at first, then his kiss turned swift and more intense, strong, and frenzied, causing Zuo Weiyi to breathe faster and faster, almost getting out of breath.

Just then, the room door suddenly opened. s.h.i.+ Nuannuan burst into the room.

“Brother, it’s time for dinner!”

The sudden noise scared Zuo Weiyi. She pushed s.h.i.+ Yuting away quickly but it was too late as s.h.i.+ Nuannuan had seen everything clearly.

s.h.i.+ Yuting went into a rage when he saw s.h.i.+ Nuannuan bursting in. “Get out!”

s.h.i.+ Nuannuan was shocked and realized she had entered at the wrong time.

She gulped and said awkwardly, “Haha, please continue…”

She went out of the room cautiously without making any noise.

s.h.i.+ Yuting turned around and looked at the person in front of him once again.

Meeting his dark eyes, Zuo Weiyi looked down. She walked past him towards the door.

That push had accidentally exerted pressure on the wound on her hand. She frowned and lowered her head. She saw that the dressing on her hand was stained red with blood.

After dinner, Zuo Weiyi headed upstairs first.

s.h.i.+ Yuting had gone to the study room to go over some urgent doc.u.ments.

In the room, Zuo Weiyi removed the dressing and her wound had indeed split opened.

She took out the medicine the doctor gave her and was about to change the dressing. However, it was difficult for her to do so with one hand.
