She was also at a loss to know why anyone would target her. Her marriage with Shen Liangchuan had not been made public yet, so it wasn't likely they were targeting Shen Liangchuan through her.

Before she could answer, Xia Yehua got all fired up. She stood up at once and said sarcastically, ”Shen Xiu, Lianchuan is not the slightest bit interested in the Shen family's assets! And even if he had the intention of doing that, he'd have done it long ago! So the culprit has to be the person who benefits most from this matter.”

Xia Yehua narrowed her eyes. ”Now we have reached a point of complete mutual dislike. This is the result the culprit wants. So who would you say it is?”
