Wu Chen smiled in response to Yi Fei's father question. How come all three of them asked him the same question?

Yi Fei's father looked at Wu Chen silently. He was waiting for Wu Chen's answer this time. Of course, he heard about Wu Chen's response earlier when his wife asked Wu Chen whether he was okay with Yi Fei being weird and such. For some reason, Yi Fei's father wanted to know whether the answer was still the same.

Wu Chen didn't say anything to regarding the question asked by Yi Fei's father, so the father was a bit sad.

Yi Fei suddenly came into view of the two men. From the living room where both of them were sitting on, they could see Yi Fei played with Baby while holding a ginger Mackerel tabby cat. The cat clung on Yi Fei's as if its life depended on her.

”She makes me happy in a way no one else can” Out of blue, Wu Chen blurted his answer.

Just when Yi Fei's father thought that Wu Chen was not going to answer his question, the answer came unannounced. The father took a good look at Wu Chen and saw how Wu Chen's eyes never left Yi Fei. There was love in his eyes; as if he was looking at the most precious treasure in front of him.

Upon seeing the way Wu Chen looked at Yi Fei, Yi Fei's father was relieved. There will be someone who will treasure his daughter as much as he cherished his daughter. With that, his opinion of Wu Chen got better.

Yi Fei entered the door with the tabby cat hung on her shoulder; it was draped over like a baby, and it had a spiritless expression. The cat looked as if it was so done with life.

”I saw Hemo Hemo hangs around grandma Cheng's house so I take him home to eat lunch” Yi Fei put the cat down and the cat went over the where Wu Chen sat. Yi Fei went over to the kitchen to take a bowl of kibble.

With its blasé eyes, Hemo Hemo kept on looking at Wu Chen while sitting up straight. Wu Chen wondered if Hemo Hemo was bored or merely upset because Yi Fei stopped it from having fun in the neighborhood.

Yi Fei's father wondered whether he should tell Wu Chen about something. The spot where Wu Chen sat at the moment was Hemo Hemo's usual spot in the house. Yi Fei's father was afraid that Wu Chen might get offended.

”Chen Chen, you are in Hemo Hemo's spot” Suddenly, Yi Fei's voice came from behind them. She had a bowl of kibble on her right hand. Yi Fei tried to scoop over Hemo Hemo with her left side, but the cat was adamant on staying on the floor.

Yi Fei's father wanted to knock on Yi Fei's head. Why is she so straightforward? He looked at Wu Chen, hoping that Wu Chen won't feel offended. Thankfully, Wu Chen had a smile on his face.

”Hemo, don't be silly. You eat first; later you can sit on your spot” Yi Fei tried to scoop the cat again, but the cat hardened its stance, making it hard for Yi Fei to lift it.

Yi Fei put the bowl down. ”Fine, eat here then.” After that, Yi Fei went to sit next to her father.

At first, Wu Chen thought that the cat was so-so but the more he looked at it, the cuter it gets. Hemo Hemo was precisely like Yi Fei when Yi Fei was angry at him. Yi Fei would say nothing but her eyes would display her grudge; just like what Hemo Hemo was doing at the moment.

Yi Fei's mother joined them shortly after that. Since Yi Fei was sitting next to her father, Yi Fe's mother sat next to Wu Chen; this would exactly be the picture of a happy family. All of them talked with each other happily.
