Sometimes after Yi Fei had left, Bai Jing Ting felt uneasy because Yi Fei had not returned to get her lunchbox back.

He went out of his office and went towards the direction where Cheng Xiao Meng and Yi Fei went previously. Bai Jing Ting continued walking until he reached the sports building where the PE storeroom located.

He walked around the building, looking for Yi Fei and Cheng Xiao Meng when the scene of Yi Fei clinging to Wu Chen tightly like a koala greeted him. The scene where Yi Fei was hugging Wu Chen as her life depended on him made his heart ached.

Before Bai Jing Ting had more time to feel the ache of his heart, an unfamiliar voice called his name. He turned his head towards that direction. Bai Jing Ting saw that the new gardener whose name Jason or something like that was calling him. Jason waved his hand frantically, gesturing him to come to where he was.

”Physician Bai, we have injured people here. Hurry up” Jason did not have the patience to keep on waving his hand. Previously, he wanted to call Bai Jing Ting first because he was the school's physician, but since he did not have his number, Jason opted for the ambulance.

Then, there's the thing with Mr Jing too. Jason was apologetic towards Mr Jing. Seeing how Mr Jing fainted just after one kick made Jason pity him. He must have kicked him a little bit too hard to make him fall in an instant. Jason thought that it might be too much for Bai Jing Ting to handle Mr Jing, so Jason called the ambulance directly.

Seeing how Bai Jing Ting walked by coincidently, Jason couldn't help but think that it could be a good thing too. Bai Jing Ting will see the lovey-dovey moment between his boss and Miss Yi Fei. At the same time, he could check on Cheng Xiao Meng too.

”What had happened here?” Bai Jing Ting rushed to the storeroom and was shocked to see the collapsed shelf and the unconscious Cheng Xiao Meng and Mr Jing. He went over to check the condition of the two persons. He couldn't tell what happened with all the chaos inside the room. Then there was Wu Chen outside. What business does he have in school during working hour?

Jason recalled the event where Mr Jing was dragging Yi Fei on the floor, and he kicked Mr Jing to save Yi Fei to Bai Jing Ting. He didn't mention anything about the collapsed shelf and also the unconscious Cheng Xiao Meng because he was not too sure about what happened to her.

Bai Jing Ting proceeded to do a detail examination of the two persons. Seeing that their condition was not alarming, Bai Jing Ting left the two to talk more with Jason about what happened inside the room.

Yi Fei was still hugging Wu Chen when Wu Chen let go of her and put her in an arms distance to check her condition.

”I came here as fast as I can. Are you okay?” Wu Chen checked her face, her head and her hands.

Wu Chen was in a meeting with Jun Liu and the board of directors when Liu s.h.i.+ informed him that something happened to Yi Fei. He postponed the meeting to 4 o'clock in the evening and dashed to his car.

He didn't know how fast he drove to Faith Middle School. He didn't even peek at the speed meter; he pressed on the accelerator without thinking about other things. He just wanted to get to where his Yi Fei was at the moment.

”I'm okay. Jason came at the right moment. You should see him kicking Mr Jing. He kicks like Bruce Lee… Kachaa…Kachaa” Yi Fei imitated the fighting sound in the Bruce Lee drama.

Seeing how Yi Fei was still full of energy, Wu Chen was glad that she wasn't injured or what. Wu Chen pulled her into his embrace. ”Don't ever scare me like that again.”

Their lovey-dovey moment was interrupted by the sound of an ambulance. The whole school was in a panic over the noise. The princ.i.p.al wanted to check on the ambulance when he stumbled into the hugging couple.

”Ahem… Ahem…” The princ.i.p.al coughed to get their attention, but before he could do anything, Jason came out of the PE storeroom and explained everything to the princ.i.p.al. The princ.i.p.al was quite angry because Jason ran away from him, but when he heard about what happened, he was relieved to hear that no one was injured severely.
