-40 Chapter 76: Cat Ears (1/2)

NaNa was quiet inside the car; Jun Liu was quiet too. The atmosphere was very quiet so NaNa tried to break the silence by asking questions.

”Jun Liu seemed to be too formal. Can I call you Ah Jun? Or do you prefer Ah Liu instead?” NaNa did not really care about what to call him but since the situation was very quiet, she asked anyway.

Jun Liu gave her a side glance. He did not like to talk while he was driving. He thought that it was a dangerous thing to chat while driving as talking will distract your focus.

”Okay, how about Ah Jun? I like Ah Jun better” Since Jun Liu did not answer her; she tried to cover her embarra.s.sment by answering her own question. She was hoping for Jun Liu to answer, at least half of her question.

Still refusing to answer her, Jun Liu took a quick glance towards NaNa as he did not have a clear look on her when she first entered the car.

Black thigh high sock with black boot, gold stud black cat ears headband and black dress, Jun Liu thought that NaNa might want to attend a funeral with her all-black outfit. Also, why would a 25-year-old adult wear a cat headband?

He was lost in his own world. He really couldn't understand women. When Wu Chen asked him to take NaNa to the airport last night, he had declined; he refused to deal with any woman. Since his mother left his family to be with another guy, he had a bad impression towards women.

The number of annoying female journalists and reporters added to his bad impression with women. The female reporters and journalists kept on bugging him by writing non-favourable news about him; he fed up with women. If he could, he chooses not to deal with any woman while he was working.

”Ah Jun! Ah Jun! Are you okay?” NaNa waved her hands in front of Jun Liu's face.

Jolted out from his trance, Jun Liu was surprised that the topic had moved on too fast. He only heard the question about what she should call him and now she was being overly familiar by calling him 'Ah Jun'.

The more Jun Liu thought about it, the more he found that it was unbelievable for him. He actually got distracted after looking at NaNa's outfit. The outfit took him into thinking about another thing; it was like a chain reaction.

”Ah Jun, did you know that Yi Fei and my brother are a couple now?” Seeing Jun Liu did not have any problem with her being overly familiar with him, NaNa took the chance to dig more about the couple from Jun Liu.

The gossiper trait in NaNa was emerging. She was trying to gossip with Jun Liu. Jun Liu knew this kind of woman, the one who always gossip about other people. He disliked this kind of woman the most.

Jun Liu tried not to answer; he kept quiet but NaNa kept on making her own a.s.sumption. He was triggered to scold her because she kept on talking non-stop.

NaNa was too engrossed in her own gossip that she touched Jun Liu's upper arm. ”Ah Jun, you can tell me. I promise that I won't tell my brother”.

The traffic was congested so they were stuck on the road. This gave Jun Liu a chance to turn his head to face NaNa. He wanted to reprimand her not to dig anything from him but when he turned his face, he was face-to-face with a real-life ultra cute eyes.

He felt that the eyes were too cute, he was actually distracted.

At this moment, NaNa was trying so hard to do the Puss in Boots' eyes because she wanted Jun Liu to pity her. ”You can trust me”. She was very earnest in acting until she did not realize that she was gripping on Jun Liu's arm.

For some reasons, Jun Liu thought that NaNa looked cute when her eyes sparkling like a cat. Seeing her cat ear headband, he thought that the headband really suits her. He got so distracted by the eyes and he only got his attention back when the car behind them honked two times.
