”If I am straight, I am 200 per cent will marry you” John was using Yi Fei's phone to snap pictures. John asked Yi Fei to pose differently until both of them were exhausted.

After talking a lot of pictures and eating a bag of potato chips, Yi Fei and John went to the wedding reception of John's relative hand-in-hand.

Meanwhile, in a certain apartment complex, a certain someone couldn't stay still because he was worried to death about Yi Fei. By now, Jun Liu had stopped offering any advice because it won't work anyway.

Wu Chen had been pacing here and there. He couldn't eat well because he was worried until he knew about John and where they were going. Since NaNa did not want to tell him anything after he told her the reason Yi Fei did not want to talk to him or reply to his message, he was all alone in this.

He kept on sighing as he was thinking how easy it would be for a woman to form an alliance with each other without even discussing it themselves. Wu Chen knew that he was wrong for bailing out on their cheeseburger date but he did not expect that things would turn this way.

He was determined to apologize to Yi Fei and he will make up for his mistake. He only hoped that John guy was not a big threat to him.

It was around 5 o'clock in the evening when Liu s.h.i.+ finally arrived at Wu Chen's apartment with the file of John in his hand. He handed over the file to a very grumpy Wu Chen. Liu s.h.i.+ looked down and did not dare to meet with a very annoyed Wu Chen. Annoyed and Grumpy Wu Chen equals to h.e.l.l for him.

”Are you sure about this?” Wu Chen's face became less grumpy after he read the file.

”Yes, boss. They were best friends since their university day” Liu s.h.i.+ answered Wu Chen's question without lifting his head from the floor.

”About his s.e.xual orientation as well?” By now, Wu Chen had a relieved expression on his face.

”Yes, boss. I hired a private investigator to investigate his closest friend and they said that this John is not interested in a woman but man” This time, Liu s.h.i.+ lifted his face because he could no longer detect the annoyance in his boss's voice.

”Oh, and one more thing, apparently he was here to attend his relative's wedding. Liu s.h.i.+ automatically looked down again. It seemed as if he was doomed to stay in h.e.l.l for today.

Wu Chen remembered what Yi Fei told him about drinking an alcoholic drink. She said that her mom did not allow her to drink an alcoholic drink if she was with a stranger; that she could only drink with her family member or relatives and her housemate.

Wu Chen was feeling down because of that. It seemed as if he was still an outsider and this John, her gay best friend, was more like a family compared to him. He took out his phone and dialled NaNa's number.

”Where do they always drink if John came to City L?” This time, Wu Chen was very serious. If NaNa did not want to tell him, he swore that he will turn City L upside down just to find where Yi Fei was.

As if sensing that Wu Chen did not have any time to spare, NaNa told him begrudgingly about the club where John and Yi Fei went to drink last year.

Wu Chen hung up on her without saying 'thank you' or 'goodbye' but NaNa was used to it. Her cousin brother might always spoil her but when he was very serious or annoyed, she knew better not to mess with the devil.

Since Wu Chen volunteered to go and look for Yi Fei, NaNa thought that it would be a good thing too since she won't have to go through h.e.l.l once again just to bring the troublesome duo back.
