-79 Chapter 37: Third Wheel (1/2)

On Sat.u.r.day morning, Bai Jing Ting waited for Yi Fei in the parking lot of Yi Fei's apartment complex. He wore an all nude colour casual outfit. He checked his appearance at the rear-view mirror of his car. He looked das.h.i.+ngly handsome.

He saw Yi Fei walked towards his car and his smile widened. Yi Fei rarely dressed up when she went out but today she dressed up beautifully. Yi Fei was wearing a pair of denim shorts and a pretty white airy tank that screamed summer. For shoes, she was wearing a lightweight pair of canvas sneakers. She even had her cute black bowler hat.

Yi Fei let down her hair and wore a very simple natural makeup. She looked different from what she used to wear. Usually, Bai Jing Ting saw her wearing her jogger pants and her baggy s.h.i.+rt with no makeup on.

Bai Jing Ting was mesmerized by how beautiful she looked at the moment. For a second, he could feel that his heart had stopped beating.

Yi Fei did not enter his car directly but stood near the door while looking in the direction she came from earlier. Bai Jing Ting admired her from inside his car. Her hair looked so smooth; he had the urged to run his hand through her hair.

After some time, Yi Fei still did not enter the car so Bai Jing Ting rolled down his window.

”Fei, get in. It's hot outside” Bai Jing Ting asked Yi Fei to get into the car so that they could go to the amus.e.m.e.nt park. He could not wait to spend his day with Yi Fei.

”Wait. NaNa is not here yet” Yi Fei adjusted her hat and tucked her fringe into her right ear. Bai Jing Ting thought that the gesture was so seductive. Usually, he did not feel anything when he saw women were acting coquettishly with him by touching or playing with their hair but for some reasons, Yi Fei looked so s.e.xy when she did that.

He was disappointed that NaNa would be coming as well because he thought that it only the two of them will go to the amus.e.m.e.nt park. Bai Jing Ting had planned a lot for today's outing but all was ruined when there was an extra wheel coming along with them.

NaNa wore a short red flare skirt with a white lace top. Like Yi Fei, NaNa was also wearing a lightweight pair of canvas sneaker and bowler hat, but while Yi Fei wore a black bowler hat, hers was red. NaNa looked eye-catching in her outfit but Bai Jing Ting thought that she looked dull compared to Yi Fei.

Both of them entered the car. Yi Fei was riding shotgun because she insisted that she wanted to be the DJ. NaNa was quite upset about it because she needed to make sure that Bai Jing Ting and Yi Fei had a minimum interaction during the outing to the amus.e.m.e.nt park.

Last night, NaNa received a mission from her cousin brother. Wu Chen asked her to look after Yi Fei when in the amus.e.m.e.nt park. NaNa did not understand the meaning of the message at first but when she reread the message a few times, she a.s.sumed that she understood what he meant.

NaNa never mentioned that she will go to the amus.e.m.e.nt park as well but Wu Chen asked her to look after Yi Fei in the amus.e.m.e.nt park. He did not specify what she should do but considering the fact that Wu Chen asked her to look after Yi Fei, he might want her to forcefully tagged along with Yi Fei and Bai Jing Ting. So, NaNa begged Yi Fei so that she could tag along.

”Yi Fei, you see… I really like the amus.e.m.e.nt park. It has been a long time since I went into one” NaNa made a pitiful face.

”Do you want to come with me this Sat.u.r.day?” Yi Fei knew that NaNa could not go wherever she liked because of her family background so she sympathized with her.
