Chapter 10 Part 1 – Temporary leader

After Kang Hui left for the airport, Wu Hongrong frowned and asked, “where is Wu Xiaoshuang? How come I didn't see that girl here today?

Chen Minhao paused for a while and said, “she went shopping with my mother.”

Wu Hongrong looked at Chen Minhao with strange looks in his eyes, but he did not say anything about it. Shortly after, he left the studio as well.

After Wu Hongrong left, Chen Minhao looked at his hand phone, and saw a dozen missed calls from the same person who was saved as “Father-emperor”.

He hurriedly returned the call, and a loud voice resounded at the other end of the call once the call was connected. “You brat, you're all grown up now huh! You could you be so readily comply to your mom's instruction of not answering my call huh!”

Chen Minhao briefly described his recent situation of entering the trio group; going to partic.i.p.ate in Kiwi's 《Produce 101》; teacher Wu Hongrong helping him record a song demo, and particularly stressed that he was just recording the demo, hence his phone was in silent mode .

“Are you going to be on TV then? When and which channel will you be in? Dad will watch it on time.”

“Kiwi is an online streaming platform, it's not a TV channel.”

“Ah. It won't be on TV huh. Then, forget it. Can you go and ask your Mom, whether if she still wants the bun bakery to operate? I can't open the shop without the lady boss present.”

“Why did you and mother quarrel?”

“Ask your mother about that. I still have something to do here, so I'm hanging up now. Remember to ask your mother.”

After that, the phone hung up.

Haha, a dozen missed calls had revealed that he is very anxious. There are around five employees working in the bakery.
