Chapter 442 - 442 Some Secrets Spilled (1/2)
”Now your talking! Let's get this pre-commercial party started!” Yuki slipped from the room and went and got the ladies all together in the bedroom. ”So Kitty agreed to drink champagne before the wedding, so let's make this count!”
Kitty stepped into the water and let her body soak for thirty minutes before getting out and wrapping a towel around her body. Stepping into the bedroom, there was the sound of two champagne bottles being opened. ”You girls are so over the top.” Kitty starts to laugh at the girls and takes the glass of champagne. ”Here's to a fantastic commercial as well as a fantastic mock wedding!” Everyone lifts their classes and cheers.
”Mama, Tiana got fizzy apple juice to drink! It looks like what you are drinking! Tiana is so happy!” She holds the glass up so that Kitty could inspect the glass.
”Well, aren't you a lucky girl! I am glad that you got to try something new.” Kitty bent down and kisses Tiana on the cheek. ”So what should I wear back to the house?”
Brielle smiles wickedly, ”you know how you picked us out a dress each? Well, after you called it a night, Cindy, Michelle, and I went back to the store and grabbed you a dress to wear back to the house.” Brielle pulls out a box and places it on one of the counters.
Raising an eyebrow, Kitty walks over to the dress and pulls out the white dress. It was a simple off-shoulder dress that looked like the bodice was warped around her body, and the off-shoulder part was placed one side over the other. The right was under the left. It came down to the middle of her shins and on the back was lace-up ribbon rather than a zipper. ”Oh wow! Thank you. This is beautiful. I could wear this to leave on the honeymoon if this was real.”
”That would be the whole point. You could do that one day, but it makes the perfect cover for the return home dress, not that it would matter, but I think that it would be nice for you do not have to return in your clothes from yesterday!” Cindy was happily bouncing while drinking the champagne.
”We looked really hard from something, so may as well just wear it. It is not like it will get you in trouble, and if Leo caught you in that, then there will be zero issues. Not that I will allow him to see you before the wedding happens.” Michelle smirks and looks at Yuki.
”Thank you, I will wear this. It is more than I deserve, but I will wear it happily. I do actually love the dress. Brielle, do you want to help me put the dress on?” Kitty lifted the dress out and went towards the bedroom.
Brielle smiled and followed Kitty into the bedroom. ”You want to talk to me about something else while I help you get dressed?” She lifts her eyebrow as she stared at Kitty.
”Yes, I was wondering how things were going in lover's paradise.” She let the towel slide down her body and stepped into the white dress. She got her hands in the sleeves. And stood still.
”Nothing has happened yet. It is like Ketan is fighting his instincts. I can feed him blood every once in a while, but then he will drink a ton of animal blood. That makes whatever connection we have weakened but not break. If that makes sense?” Brielle starts to tighten the lace-up ribbon.
”My blood won't kill your connection. I was worried about that, but there is a part of Ketan that wants you completely, so when he drinks, it is just enough to take the edge off. There is no problem with him taking your blood and bonding with you, but he is worried that you may reject him or at least that is how I think he feels. I can't be certain of that.”
Tying the ribbon into a bow, Brielle spins Kitty around and fixes the dress up. ”What you are saying makes sense. As for him drinking your blood, I think that is not a bad idea as long as it does not pout you in any danger. There is still a lot that I do not know, but I know that your relationship is not something that I should get jealous of.”
Kitty hugged Brielle, ”I promise you that Leo is the only one for me. I just did something that made it difficult for him to not come to my side. The element bearers are always the ones that struggle with love. This is a part that you may not know. There is essence in every being on the plant. It has a specific colour usually based on race, but sometimes it strays from the normal.” Kitty cuts her wrist, and a blue-purple colour leaks from her wrist. ”This is my essence at the moment. Mine will be purple at the end of the transfer of the water runes. Are you curious to find out what colour you have?”
