Edgar bowed and looked at the two guests. ”Please follow me and I will show you to your quarters this evening.”
Alario got up and pulled Scarlet by the waist to follow Edgar. ”Goodnight everyone. We will stay the night.”
”Have a good evening you two.” Sylvie shook her head as the two went upstairs. ”I swear that it is never a dull moment with you around Kitsune.”
”I'm glad that you think so Ambrosia. I have a lot of people that I keep track of.” Kitty was still sitting but slowly got up and winced a little.
Ketan got up and glared at her shoulder sharply. ”The wound hasn't healed and yet you still decided that it was no big deal. I am willing to bet that when you were walking you were using magic so that your shoulder wouldn't cause you any pain. If we need to push your feeding forward I will mentally prepare myself.”
”Injury? What injury? I didn't hear anything about you getting injured Kitsune?” Sylvie jumped out of her seat and raced towards Kitty.
”I got shot in the shoulder. It is taking its sweet time healing and that is with me trying to heal the injury. I think they got a hold of silver bullets. I am not sure where from though.” Kitty looked at Ketan and Sylvie while sighing.
Ketan pulled out some bullets and placed them on the table. ”I do think that they are silver but they are unusual.”
Leo leaned forward and picked up one of the bullets and started inspecting them. ”They are hand loaded. I don't know what is inside but I think that I should take some back to my work. I will also investigate where the hunters got the bullets from. If it is an illegal business then I will find out and deal with it.”
”I think that there is something that impedes supernaturals to rejuvenate faster. I only say this because I have been unable to heal my wound completely. If you investigate you can say you found the bullets that looked abnormal and that it was with the dead bodies you found on your property.” Kitty looked at Leo before closing her eyes. ”I should hopefully be healed by morning. You can not tell I was injured on the outside but inside that damage inside is taking it's time to heal.”
”Okay, I will leave this in Leo's most capable hands. I thought they looked strange but I wasn't able to figure out why but now I know why. It's what is inside the bullet and not something that is on the outside.” Ketan looked at the injury and saw that her veins had healed.
