~I think that is lovely for our little girl and my name is also fitting. When do the young ones learn about their true names?~ Leo snuggled back and caught a whiff of what was maybe a mouse?

~When the child is old enough to understand that the true name is something that can not be given out, I learned mine when I was two but I am a strange case as I can hear the true names. I think when she is six but I will tell Luke her name.  He has an attachment to her already. I can feel the bond growing between the two.~ Kitty could smell the field mouse and she listened carefully to where it was. ~Did you want to hunt the mouse?~

~A bond between those two would not be a bad thing. Would it still result in a child like you or would it be okay? Wait, I think it is too early to think about this. We can hunt like this?~ Leo crutches down as if startled.

Kitty chuckles softly, ~follow my lead and I will show you how to hunt the mouse.~ She slowly crept forward and hides in the shadows. Kitty jumped out and pounced on the mouse and caught it alive and brought it back to Leo. ~If you want you can try catching it once I release the mouse?~

Leo crutches down like Kitty had done and waited until she released the mouse. He watched as she released the mouse and he pounced on the poor mouse but missed. ~Drat, that is a lot harder to do but it is fun.~

Kitty looked up sharply. ~We have to return quickly. There are hunters in the woods and if they see us they will think that they are lucky. As we are way above average size.~

~There shouldn't be hunters on my property if there is then I will have to get them out of my woods. Lead the way back to the house and I will grab a quad and race back here.~ He waits for her to lead the way back to the house.

Kitty turns around and leads Leo back to where they transformed. There was a fresh set of clothing for Leo sitting there. ~Okay, you just need to think about transforming back to you natural state I will lead you to where the hunters are and it is easier to do if I am still in my fox form.~

~I do not like that but I will do as you suggest because you are usually right with all of this.~ He focuses on transforming back to his human state and the shift was quick and less painful. He quickly got dressed and raced to the shed.

Luke who was sitting in the living room heard the quad get started up and he looked towards the shed. ”I think I should go help Leo. Charlette I will hand you to Cindy and Big Brother will be back.” He gently handed her to Cindy. He raced outside and started up his quad and followed Leo's tracks.

Kitty followed the scent of gunpowder and she could hear a quad coming behind them she dashed into the bush until she could smell that it was Luke. ~Lavatis, what are you thinking?~
