”Do you think it fair that your dear father held that ten-year-old girl captive? I will make his life a living hell for hurting my people.” Kitty's eyes that were masked with the green color through magic shifted to the silver-green swirled color.
The young man froze, ”you mean to tell me you found my clan sister? If that is the case then you can kill this fucker for all I care. I only stayed so that I could save her but no matter what I could not get close to that fucking shed. I killed the fake Elio's son and took over his appearance but that potion was getting harder to make.” He pulled out a potion and drank in and his appearance shifted back to his natural form and he looked extremely different. The black hair he had shifted to a brown color that was slightly longer, his skin color darkened to a medium brown color, the green eyes he had shifted to a dark hazel color, and he grew an extra five centimeters.
Kitty held out her hand, ”I will test you and see if you know the truth.”
”Test me,” He took her hand and opened his mind.
Kitty took his hand then heard the name, Myron. She saw Elio and the girl that she found. She watched Elio talk to her, ”you may not be my daughter Kyra but you are important to me as you are a member of our clan. My son is five years older than you but you are attached to him.”
Kyra looked at Elio and smiled, ”that's because I am happy that he is always there when I need him. I am so lucky that Nathan is always in the right place at the right time.”
”Father I saw her head in the wrong direction and I didn't want her to get injured. She is important to me. I will guard her until she finds someone to love her.” Nathan smiled and patted Kyra.
The memory shifted from that into Elio pushing a set of potion into Nathan's hands, ”Myron, you must protect Kyra. She is a bright girl. You and she will be the last of our clan that will make it through this. We made these potions for you. Take them and kill that bastard's son. Only you can impersonate his son. Act as cold as you can and do not let your emotions go through. Kitty will save you. Hold on until then. Every one of our clan will die happily for both of you.”
The scene shifted and she watched as Nathan killed Zagan's son. ”Now that you are dead. I will be able to continue to protect the girl that likes me. She may only see me as a brother but that is enough for me. I will do what I can to keep her safe.” He pushed the body in a pit and then drank the potion. He threw the empty bottle on the body and walked away, back to the house.
The scene shifted to the battle between the clans and Myron killed his own father. Elio whispered weakly into Myron's ear, ”good work my son.”
Kitty disconnected from the memories and she had heard his true name before going into the memories. ”You have a had a hard time Nathan. Elio would be proud of you. I am glad you chose to not take the green poison.” She watched Leo and Ketan fight together.
