Xue Tianning lowered his head and looked gloomily at his phone.

”You have the answer.” A voice suddenly came over from the already black screen of the phone.

It was Chu Lingyu's voice. Even though they were separated by the phone, they could clearly feel his indifference.

Xue Tianning stared coldly at the door and gritted his teeth. ”It's still early. If she doesn't like you, I still have a chance.”

”Stubborn fool.” Chu Lingyu disdainfully threw down a few words and hung up the phone.

After Xu Chencan left Chu Lingyu's place, he felt that something was wrong when he returned to his office. He looked at the time on his computer, then packed up his stuff and left.

”No problem, let's go in first.” Su Nan looked over Xu Chencan from head to toe. After confirming that she was really fine, he brought his men in.

While they were waiting for the dishes to arrive, Xu Chencan told Su Nan about what had happened today at the office.

Su Nan pursed his lips and thought for a moment, then solemnly looked at Xu Chencan, saying, ”Chu Lingyu is backed by the Chu Clan. Since the Chu Clan has already accepted you, if you and Xue Tianning had anything, it would be counterproductive.”

Seeing that he was thinking the same thing as Xu Chencan, Xu ChenCan laughed and raised her cup, ”You know me, I think so too.”
