Raphtalia is now entering the battlefield.

I am watching Raph-chan's battle from the preparation room. It's a large room with a spot where I can watch Raph-chan from. Moreover she is now already standing on the ground and the same goes for her opponent. They're glaring at each other. Like I said to Raph-chan earlier, I could feel something bad will happen. I don't know why but I had this uncomfortable feeling. Well, I guess I could just pray and watch her. Raph-chan, please be careful. I was anxious to watch Raph-chan's match but suddenly someone surprised me from behind. It was Seren. She is just beside me and her outfit looks a little dirty. Hmm, it looks like she had just finished from her match.

”Oh my oh my, Raphtalia is fortunate to get this match huh.” said Seren.

”Eh!!! Seren!” I reacted.

”What? Miss me already?”Seren answered back.

”Nope,nope,nope. It's just that… you… just finished your match?” I was curious.

”Yup. Quite easy actually…(*coughs up blood)” Seren was coughing up blood and she just wiped it with her hands.

”Oi!!! Is that blood?!!” I was shocked and screamed.

”Uh…this, don't feel bothered by this. My stomach was being blown by the opponent in my match. I'll be fine soon.” Seren respond to me.

”Eh? Is your opponent that cruel? Oh poor Seren.” I said it out of my sympathy to her.

”Well, at least I survive and my teammates are fine. They're now in the restroom.”

Seren explained.

”What a troublesome. You should get some treatment there too.” I answered her.

”Anyway, I'm more interested in Raphtalia Match. Look at their stats. They're too far in the gap.” Said Seren who's now looking at Raph-chan status.

”Ahh, Raph-chan's stats had growth and there's an improvement since our battle in the exam on the other day.”

”Yeah, but I also feel strange … Why did the Ten Kamiryu picked Raphtalia's opponent this powerful? Isn't her opponent is way too… ”

”Unfair, right? Now you're mentioning it. Damn it, I just realize it. Don't tell me that, Raph-chan is actually…” when I was about to finish my word but Seren continued it.

”Equal to Isla-senpai's strength.” Seren said it with a serious tone.

Raph-chan is now standing before her opponent. She wears a silver half armor and her regular green hoodie. The breeze blow calmly as Raph-chan's white hair was moving as her sharp eyes staring the opponent. Raph-chan draws out her blue magic bow as she had given a signal that she's ready. On the other side, she had already drawn out her own yellow magic bow. Staring at Raph-chan coldly with her yellow eyes, she wears the Imperial Mage hoodie. It was a gold scarf covering her chest and half of her belly. She looks like an adult too as she had a perfect body. Moreover, she was wearing an anti-magic glove. She is Isla Odin. Actually, she is one of our seniors. Isla-senpai is well known for her excellent archery skills. That's why, Seren also fascinated by this match. It could be the Ten Kamiryuu is watching Raph-chan too. The tiny Raph-chan and the big boob Isla-senpai has already to begin the match. Damn it, I was envy to Isla-senpai. But that's not the important part. The referee had already given a sign to start the battle.

”Battleeee!!! Start!!!”

This is it. The audience begins to make some boisterous screams as they are cheering for them. Raph-chan makes the first move as she retreat first… ehh!!! Raph-chan is retreat in the early match? But when I see it clearly, the actual situation is Isla-senpai had already launched some of her invisible arrow.

”Wait what the hell is that?” I was astonished by the unseen offense by Isla-senpai.

”Tch, Raphtalia is being cornered by Isla-senpai. It seems like Isla-senpai had planned this from the start. Furthermore, this is Isla-senpai's usual move each time she starts the match.” said Seren.

”Oh gosh, it must be hard for Raph-chan. But she's not bad too, she could tell where that invisible is going to be shoot. But… Isla-senpai didn't shoot from her bow yet, how did those invisible arrows appear?”

I said.

”No, she had already move… but at a tremendous speed.” Seren explained as she saw the real condition.

”What!!!”

Raph-chan is being pressed to retreat as far as possible. She can't even shoot any single arrow. She could only be aware of and avoid the invisible arrows. It was too fast. The only thing I can see is the ground being hit as there is a lot of arrow holes on the ground each time Raph-chan avoid. That must be some powerful shoots by Isla.

Raph-chan is trying to shoot while she is evading the attack. But it is futile. She can't concentrate on her shoots while avoiding those dangerous arrows. Isla keep watching her opponent even though Raph-chan had already far away from her. Raph-chan finally made her to counter Isla.

”[ METEOR SHOWER ]” Raph-chan's skill.

Hundred of flame arrows launched from the sky. Isla still look calm even though seeing those numerous blaze arrow. Isla-senpai raises up her bow and start to shooting as she pulled three yellow arrows as it shines like three thunder arrows. A huge yellow magic circle appears on the ground where Isla-senpai stands. She then launch the arrows without hesitation. She's also using a short spell chanted.

”[ THUNDER GEIZER ] ”

That three thunder arrows are being launched to the sky directly to the hundreds of flame arrows. The thunder arrow emits an extremely luminous yellow flash until the eyes of the audience are closed because they cannot stand the flash.

The sound of lightning flashed across the sky as all the flame arrows were hit by the furious lightning. That was a stunning scene. Nevertheless, Raph-chan didn't surprised by the tremendous thunder arrows yet, she takes this opportunity where she shoots countless arrow to Isla-senpai instantly. The same goes for Isla-senpai, she didn't panic to the bluntly direct shoots from Raph-chan. She dropped off her body and dashing through all the arrows that should be hit her. Isla is now charging towards Raph-chan while moving like an assassin. She is incredibly dodging the arrows as she is now chasing Raph-chan.

Raph-chan bring her to the forest where the forest is limiting their movement. Because the audiences couldn't see what was going on as they entered the forest area, a large magic screen was displayed on the site so we could keep going to watch their fabulous match. As expected from Raph-chan. She is not just randomly draw her opponent to a place where there are some trees that limiting their movements. Moreover, Raph-chan had already used to the surrounding in the forest as she already used to train with Luc-chan in the holiday training session with Luc-chan. They are jumping and jumping over the trees. Isla-senpai realizes that Raph-chan is taking her into the bushes and trees.

”Not bad newbie.” Said Isla while she is chasing to Raph-chan's pace.

”Tch, you're great too Isla-senpai.”Raph-chan responded.

Then suddenly, when they had enough for their running, both of them decided to fight in a close range as both of them release their magic bow and charging towards each other on an extended branch. Raph-chan knows that Isla's gloves is an anti-magic. So, it's ineffective to initiate any magic on her for the time being. Isla-senpai already in the middle of battling with Raph-chan. It seems like both of them had the equivalent speed. They're hitting each other, punch and kick. Raph-chan jump from a branch and charges direct to Isla-senpai. Isla-senpai defends herself as she was being blown by Raph-chan's massive punch. But that didn't break Isla-senpai's will as she quickly runs towards Raph-chan again and hit countless punches and kicks.

Their skill is much likely an assassin. They avoid and spin, and use their surroundings to support them in jumping or dashing. Now, they're in a silence of the close battle. The forest is peaceful and only the sounds of leaves falling to the ground could be heard. That is a really remarkable scene.

Both of them glared at each other from the start. It seems like both of them didn't want to lose this match. Isla is also a competent opponent as she release her sudden attack by shooting several invisible arrows to Raph-chan. Raph-chan made it in time to run and avoid the invisible arrow but one of them hits her shoulder. Luckily, it is just a minor wound. Raph-chan is now hiding among the trees and bushes. Isla keep shooting her countless invisible arrows to the forest. Isla was so fast at firing those invisible arrows. The audience could see her like she has not done anything but in the actual situation, she moves with a godly speed to fire on the arrows.

Now, Isla can't detect where her opponent is. Actually, it was just a pretend action. Isla knows where Raph-chan was. Raph-chan thought she had escaped from Isla-senpai's area but unfortunately..

”[ NOVA LANCE ]

Isla-senpai released a tremendous blow to the bushes where Raph-chan is. Everyone was nervous when they noticed. It was an arrow shot by Isla-senpai that spins like a white laser hurricane come out from the arrow as it was charging towards Raph-chan and booom!!!

A decisive explosion makes the magic screen unclear. The forest seems to blow up from the audience's view and the black mist covering the situation. Isla-senpai still didn't surprise by the explosion but she stands a fighting pose as she's now holding her magic yellow bow.

A big shadow appears from the mist as the mist slowly vanishes away. Everyone makes a wild noise again as they see a first class servant. It was Raph-chan's servant actually. The four-headed black dragon, Quadra had protecting her. So, Raph-chan is the first one who shows her tremendous strength in the early match. Furthermore, she was forced to do so.

If it isn't because that killer shoots from Isla-senpai, Raph-chan should not have summoned her servant. However, they were all astonished by Raph-chan's servant. Raph-chan having a hard time dealing with someone who could see the enemy's hidden spot. As expected from Isla-senpai, Nanaryu rank top three marksmen. Raph-chan bluntly reveals herself and charges towards Isla-senpai as she knows what to do while her servant attacks Isla-senpai. Raph-chan seems in her best performance today. She didn't do any meaningless move and keep observing Isla-senpai's movement. While Seren and I watched the match, president Mila suddenly came out of nowhere.

”Hahahah. So, this is Isla's opponent. No wonder she told me to watch her match for today.” Said the proud president Mila.

”Pre…pre…president Mila!” I was startled.

”Hmm, is Isla's opponent there... is a friend of your little knight?” Mila asked me while she is watching the match too.

” Ehh? Yes!” I replied immediately.

”I see. It was us who had choose for her opponent... you know that?.” President Mila explained.

”Ah, I heard that from Raph-chan that the Ten Kamiryuu have their right to authorize the participant's opponent in the second round.”

I gave an answer to her.

”Yup. You're right. Moreover, that Isla over there was the one who requests me to battle with your friend.”

President Mila probably is referring to Raph-chan.

”Ehh?! You know about Isla-senpai president Mila?”

I was surprised.

”Of course. She was my trainer… but it was a long time ago. Now, we're merely best friends.” explained president Mila to me.

”That's amazing. You even fulfilled her request as a best friend president Mila.” I am amazed.

”Huh, that's just my responsibility as a friend. But, Isla is a poor girl you see.”

”Is that so? I didn't know about that.”

”Hmm, Isla was from a poor family. She had never made any friends besides me since we were still nine. She's blind and can't read any words. Furthermore, her family had no money to pay for her academy. And I was the one who helps her to get into this school for free. It was funny memories if I recall back. I've made a contract with her that I'll be her disciple and she'll teach me how to battle. As a reward, I will help her get into this school for free.” president Mila described further.

”Wait, wait, wait. Did you just said… Isla-senpai was blind?” I asked.

”Yes I did. Look at her now, if you notice it, she never blink her eyes yet right?”

”Huh!!! You're right! I've noticed it that Isla-senpai still opens her eyes from the start. Oh gosh, so she's really blind of all this time?” I was surprised again.

”Yup.”

”But, how can she still fighting like she could see her opponent?” I wonder.

”Ahhhahaha. That's actually her sharped hearing. Isla is really good in instinct and her sharped hearing since she was a kid. I was attracted by her specialty and from that, I learn it from her.”

”What the hell? So, after all this time Raph-chan is now having a hard time battling with someone who is blind!”

”Isla was attracted to your friend's skill as she told me ”I wanted to fight the lady that can summon the huge dragon… she seems like my new rival…” that is what she said.”

”How did she know it was a dragon?”

”Isla had already mastered her hearing ability to the level where only God knows. She even looks like an ordinary people, most people can't recognize her if she was blind or not.”

”Ahhh, she was pretty too president Mila especially her golden eyes.”

Raph-chan is now shooting at Isla-senpai who's busy fighting with the gigantic Quadra. Isla-senpai's ability is to hear the sound around her was insane. She could avoid the arrows shoot by Raph-chan even though being in the middle of fighting the Quadra. The ground is shaking every time Quadra roars and moves. Its appearance was black and fierce. Even though it is large but, Isla still dares to jump over the dragon's body and hit them blindly. It seems even the first class Quadra couldn't catch her as she shoots some lightning arrow to all four headed dragon's eyes. Isla-senpai purposefully doing that because she knows that she couldn't fight them in terms of size but, she still could see(hear) through the weak point. Raph-chan is charging to get close to Isla-senpai. Suddenly a big yellow magic circle appears, then another servant has appeared. It was Isla-senpai's summoned magic.

”[ LIGHTNING ODIN ]”

A huge yellow God among men appeared. He was huge as the same size of Quadra. He had the same body as a human. He was muscles and typical a godly servant. Odin has a golden beard and gluttonous eyes. There is a lightning symbols on his body and his left hand. The sky dropped the lightning that strikes the ground approximately. The audience and some of the Ten Kamiryuu candidates are also terrified by Isla's God Servant. It seems like Raph-chan get triggered as she saw a godly servant (Odin) is now withstand her Quadra. Isla keeps shooting the Quadra's eyes to slow down Raph-chan's Quadra. Now, Raph-chan raises her hand and creates a big magic circle as she aimed it to Isla-senpai and Odin. A huge blue magic circles appear and Raph-chan chanted a long spell!!!

”What the hell is that Raphtalia doing?! Chanted a long spell in this hazardous battle? Moreover, she'll be exhausted from her mana if she launched that blow.” said the mad Seren who disagrees with Raph-chan's action.

”Damn it. How strong is Isla-senpai's servant? I didn't know she had this kind of servant.”I said.

”That's is Isla's spirit you know. Servant is a spirit from its user. They'll only can be summoned when the right time, place, and a strong will of the user are available. You might get surprised seeing this kind of servant. But, you'll be even more surprised if you see the Kamiryuu's servant… but, using a long chanted spell huh. That's interesting. ” Said President Mila.

I somehow could understand what's President Mila said. Well, back to the match where Raph-chan is. She's now absorbing a lot of mana as the blue orbs were created while Raph-chan chanting that long spell.

”...may the mother of war bring us peace, fortune to those who's sins… life to death and death to dust… Lend me your power Oh Mother Of the One [ BLUE HELL ]!” Raph-chan said her spell and launched her enormous power right after Quadra fade away.

A plenty of blue lava blown up to the air which has Raph-chan target at Isla and her servant. Isla was fall to the ground as she was shooting the Quadra on its body but suddenly the Quadra disappear. Unfortunately only Odin was hit by the Blue Hell. Odin's body is resistant to flame. So, he still could fight back and ragingly run towards Raph-chan. Raph-chan quickly fire a thousand of magic arrows to them. And she retreat. Raph-chan hides in the bushes again. She took out a tiny bottle. I was shocked that she brings water during her battle?

”What the heck is Raph-chan doing? She brings her water?” I said it out loud.

”Nope, look at her. It is not the water that she drinks. It was Maou-sama's recovery potion that he gave us on the other day.”Seren explained to me.

”Eh? That's brilliant hahaha. I didn't know she would bring something useful like that.”

I relieved.

Suddenly Reus also come and join us watching the match. He seems like just finish his match before Raph-chan in another block.

”Ahh, it is Raphtalia-san's match.”

”Reus-kun!” I greet him.

”Yo, it seems the match sounds interesting. How was Raphtalia-san now?”

”Hmm, she's still in the middle of the battle and I guess she is having a hard time dealing with Isla-senpai.”

”Isla-senpai? whoa, that's incredible. She's the best mage ever you know.” Reus-kun amazed that Raph-chan's opponent is Isla-senpai.

”Hahaha. Little Knight, seems like you had a lot of friends here. I'm glad that all of you participate in this tournament.” President Mila interrupted us.

”Pre…pre…president Mila!!!”Reus was stunned that he didn't realize president Mila was there.

”Yes I am. Don't be afraid. I'm just here to see my best friend's match.”said president Mila.

Raph-chan has regain back her lost mana and now she is probably still hiding in the bushes. But that merciless Isla-senpai could detect Raph-chan just by hearing the sounds of the wind and she shoot several arrows to the bushes. Raph-chan notices it and again she has to reveal herself or else she'll get hurt from that arrow. But right after she comes out, Odin continues to chasing Raph-chan.

At the same time, Isla releases it again, her invisible arrows. Now Raph-chan had no other choice but to run. But this time is different. Raph-chan is running and not attacking her opponent back. I was curious about Raph-chan's movement. She never run and leave her opponent that easily. Maybe she has an idea? I don't know but she's now running and chased by Odin. The ground trembled harder as Odin is running with the huge muscles body. However, Isla then stop from shooting. She seems like lost interested in Raph-chan? No,no,no. But why did Isla-senpai just standing there and facing the forest? Didn't Raph-chan already run away from her? Isla suddenly pulled out three thunder arrows and aimed it to the forest as she still feels unsatisfied with the forest.

”[THUNDER GEIZER]”

That three thunder arrows was shoot into the forest and then there's a bright lightning explodes in the forest. Hell yeah!!! There are three other Raph-chan running away from the forest. Odin still chasing the first Raph-chan.

”What is this!!! How many Raph-chan are there!?”I was surprised again and again.

”Clone magic?” President Mila stated.

”When did Raphtalia learn that magic?”Seren also feels weird.

”Your friend is quite brilliant little knight.” said president Mila.

”Amazing Raphtalia-san.” Said the amazed Reus.

No wonder Isla-senpai is doubting the first Raph-chan. It seems like Raph-chan already had plan this stunning strategy. She's a really fast learner and she's a competent opponent ever. Raph-chan makes her opponent confused using the clone magic. She probably learn that from my match with Mario-senpai.

Damn it you Raph-chan, That's why you're too admired to him. Isla-senpai was confused. She didn't know which one was the real Raph-chan is. It seems like Raph-chan already knows that her opponent depends on her hearing ability to detect one. Now there are four of Raph-chan on the battlefield. All of them begin to running and shooting to every corner. Even Odin was confused but he randomly hit the ground and chasing one of them crazily. Isla-senpai is smiling as she tries to get her hearing clearly.

”I'm not wrong...to choose you as my opponent Miss Aurora.” said the blind Isla-senpai who's trying to hear the sounds.

Raph-chan is running, another Raph-chan is dashing, another Raph-chan is shooting some spell and another Raph-chan deals with the great Odin. Because Isla-senpai also triggered by Raph-chan strategies, she then creates a yellow magic circle. Isla-senpai put her hand into the magic circle and pulled out the divines weapon. It seems like that magic is an inventory for magical items. Isla-senpai pulled out an enormous bow. It was golden as thunder. Nevertheless, this is her true weapon as a marksmen. The bow was not an ordinary bow that normal people used to. But, it was made of holy ancient magic. The handler was design a god faces and the body. Of course it was God Odin. The strings shine as it was made from lightning. Isla-senpai pulled out three thunder arrows and using the divine bow as she aimed it at the sky.

”[ DEVINE THUNDER STRIKE ].”

A bunch of lightning shooting randomly to the ground as it shoots wherever Raph-chan is. The sounds of thunder and the flash impact to the whole battlefield. Suddenly, there is another huge magic circle appears in the forest again. What the hell? Don't tell me it was Raph-chan again? It seems like there is a ten? No, no, no. it could twenty? No, no, no. I might be hundreds of them? And yes, there's a hundred of Raph-chan's clones running out from the forest. The battle arena was shaken again by the audience's cheer as they were amazed by the scene. Raph-chan is now everywhere on the battlefield!!!

”Hey! doesn't that magic requires a lot of mana just to creates one? How did Raph-chan made a hundred of them.” I asked.

”Like hell I know! I also just know about this.” Said Seren.

Hundreds of Raph-chan are now shooting the [ BLUE HELL ]. That's an amazing scene. The unity of a hundred Raph-chan just shouted out Blue Hell together. And the battlefield seems to be filled by the blue flame. That huge Odin couldn't withstand the countless Blue Hell and fall to the ground.

Isla-senpai barely manage to staves off all the Blue Hell as she is using anti-magic gloves. Isla-senpai also uses her Thunder Geizer and shoots it to Raph-chan's clone one by one while moving. As expected from a Nanaryuu top three marksmen. The two of them can barely withstand each other.

The forest is all burning out by the Blue flame. Even the ground is now getting hot. The audiences can feel the hot flame through the atmosphere changing temperature. Both of Raph-chan and Isla-senpai got dirty by the chaotic battle they had. The real Raph-chan apparently now is still in the forest. Raph-chan is trying her best to hold her magic clones just to keep Isla-senpai exhausted from her mana. It looks like Isla-senpai had already use a lot of mana by striking a lot of Thunder Geizer and Nova Lancer.

The clones slowly reduce in number. Looks like Raph-chan can't hold her magic any longer. She then take another tiny bottle from her pocket and drink the recovery potion. Raph-chan take this opportunity where Isla-senpai is now busy dealing with the clones. Raph-chan come out from the forest and charges towards Isla-senpai. Isla-senpai finally heard the steps sound of a real Raph-chan.

Isla-senpai quickly finished a clone that near to her and also charging towards the real Raph-chan. It seems like both of them had noticed at each other as Raph-chan's clones disappear all of sudden right after they made the first contact in a close combat.

Their movement were stiff. Isla-senpai use her bow like a sword and try hitting Raph-chan but Raph-chan could avoid that and they could only attack and defense at the same time. Raph-chan was at a disadvantage actually because Isla-senpai had that troublesome anti-magic gloves. So, it is powerless to attack Isla using magic.

That's why Raph-chan decided to take another close combat. Their movement was quicker than the previous one. The audiences could only hear the sounds of slapping, punching, kicking, dashing, and avoiding waves. Each time Isla-senpai about to pulled out an arrow from her divine bow, Raph-chan always repels that move so Isla-senpai can't do any magic attack. Both of them, had already in the endless battle for 3 hours.

Both gasped for air while examining their wounds. Every punch they made gave an impact on the atmosphere.

The scene is so beautiful. It looks like a battle between the valkyries I can say. Until a sudden moment they take a step back and at the same time, both of them summoned their servant. Cinggg!!!

but...

”Battle is over!!!” shouts the referee.

And everyone was shocked by the referee's action. It seems like they're having an argument but then they already decide for the result.

”This match between participant Aurora Raphtalia and participant Isla Odin has been stopped on request by the Ten Kamiryuu… Nomiya Ayasa!!! The endless battle has exceeded the time limit and this match has severely damaged the battlefield. The result of this match is excluded from the actual rules. So, both of them could enter the next round. That's all.” Said the referee.

Everyone on the stadium give them an applause as they're saluting for both of them. It was even an additional epic than mine hahaha.

Raph-chan bow to her opponent and to the audiences then she walked to the restroom. The same goes for Isla-senpai, she didn't say anything and go to the restroom just like that. Now, we're discussing about the match in the preparation room.

”Nomiya Ayasa? You know that person President Mila?” Seren asked.

”Ayasa? Hmm, I know her but I'm not that close to her. I also didn't know why she stopped the match. I didn't see the battlefield destroyed that much too.”

”Probably, she might be interested in them?”I stated my opinion.

”That's impossible. She's one of the Ten Kamiryuu. Why would she interested in Nanaryuu participant.” President Mila answered.

”But, aren't you're number one in the Ten Kamiryuu President Mila? How could they have the power to stopped that match?” asked the curious Reus.
