Hallis frowned as he spat out his cigarettes.

”And our soldiers?”

”They are retreating. We have 300 men dead.”

”What! 300? That many? What about potions?!” Hallis shouted in shock. His lieutenant Baren also frowned. The empire had supplied its soldiers with an abundant number of potions.

”They used too powerful attacks and many died before we even got to use potions.”

”What?!”

Baren continued his report.

”Enemies are bringing in more powerful weapons. The powerful strike coming from their giant monster is especially dangerous. Our bunkers and walls can't even stand against it.”
