Mo Liuxi walked inside with all his luggage. When Yan Su tried to help, he said, “I’ll do the heavy lifting. Go in and get warm, don’t catch a cold out here.”

Yan Su let him be since he was so eager to showoff.

Yan Jin walked over to Mo Liuxi and gave him a big thumbs up, “Xixi, your boot-licking skills are amazing.”

He waddled off after that.

Mo Liuxi tried his best not to kick his *ss.

When he was done bringing in all the luggage, an old lady was sitting in the living room. She looked like she was in her eighties and Yan Su introduced him to her, “Granny, this is my boyfriend, Mo Liuxi.”

“Oh.” The old lady squinted her eyes to look at Mo Liuxi, “He looks like a good looking fella. When did you get a divorce?”

Mo Liuxi kept quiet.

Yan Su explained, “My grandma is getting old so she gets a little confused sometimes. She always mistakes me for my cousin.”

She turned and explained to her grandmother, “I am Susu!”

“Oh, Susu, didn’t you elope with a man?” Granny Yan smiled and held her hands, “You’re home now? Is this s.h.i.+ Xiang whom your father has talked about?”

Mo Liuxi’s awkward silence intensified.

He had a feeling that he wouldn’t have a pleasant conversation with Granny Yan.
