Chapter 1399 - You obviously miss me (2/2)
“…Not yet.”
Luosang was annoyed. “I thought I texted you yesterday on WeChat?”
“I didn’t see it,” said Mo Liuxi, rubbing his ears. “You guys go ahead. I’ll come by around lunchtime. There’s nothing much to see at Leifeng PaG.o.da. Are you hoping to see the White Maiden?”
“Isn’t it one of the major sightseeing spots in Hangzhou?” Luosang was quiet. “Come back soon. We’re going to Wuzhen at one in the afternoon. We have to get there before evening.”
“We’re going to Wuzhen?” Mo Liuxi was frowning deeply now. Did that mean he wouldn’t be able to spend the night here again that night?
“I thought I told you on our way here.” Luosang sounded frustrated on the phone. If he weren’t her biological brother, she would tell him off right away. “Weren’t you listening to us at all? What have you been thinking about?”
“…I was thinking about the script.” Mo Liuxi sounded a little sheepish when he answered her. “Can I skip this trip…”
“No.” Luosang rejected him instantly. “Have you forgotten what we said last night? It’s so rare for the whole family to come out here; no one is allowed to skip. I don’t care what big thing you have going on. Just look at how happy Dad is.”
“All right, I know,” Mo Liuxi said helplessly.
Yan Su overheard the conversation in the bathroom. When she was done was.h.i.+ng, she said, “Go back quickly. Think about how you’re going to come clean about An Ning as well. I have something to tell you as well. I think if we want to take things further, we have to be honest with one another.”
Mo Liuxi grabbed his hair in frustration. The last thing he wanted to do was talk about An Ning, that b*tch.
“Go be with your family,” Yan Su sighed. “After patching things up with my family, I realized how important family is. You should spend more time with them if you can.”
“Hmm, well… if the bald guy has any designs on you, just give me a call right away,” Mo Liuxi said coldly suddenly. “I promise to throw him into the Xi Lake in the middle of winter.”
Yan Su was surprised. “How did you know…?”
“When you were dancing last night, that sick b*stard tried to bend down to get a better look. I kicked him and sent him flying,” Mo Liuxi growled. “Don’t dress so s.e.xily next time. Wear skirts below the knee.”
