Chapter 1389 - Sangsang, I Missed You Too (2/2)
…
Four o’clock in the afternoon. People in the family group chat agreed to meet in the hotel lobby. They planned to visit the Broken Bridge together. Even though it was cold out, people came from all over the country to see the snowing Broken Bridge.
After meeting with the others, Mo Liuxi asked, “Where are we going for dinner?” He made it sound like a casual question.
“A restaurant nearby. Yan Su said the food there isn’t bad, and the place is nice. They have a courtyard,” Luosang said.
Mo Liuxi grew excited the moment he heard Yan Su’s name. “She’s not from Hangzhou. Is she sure the food is good?”
“She asked someone from the TV station for a recommendation. She’s pretty sure.” Luosang glared at him and said, “Don’t always be mean to her. You’re a man. Be generous.”
“I’m not mean to her.” Mo Liuxi looked at the snow-covered landscape and said, “But I wasn’t expecting to have her at the dinner. She still needs to prepare herself for the contest tomorrow night.”
“Yeah. I haven’t seen her in a big half a year. She’s so busy, but still, she decided to come to see me. She’s my best friend,” said Luosang happily.
Once her voice faded, she heard two men snorting with laughter.
“What does that look on your faces mean?” She was a little displeased.
“The snowy Broken Bridge is so beautiful,” Nian Junting sighed. “There was a poem, ‘The West Lake looks like the fair lady at her best; Whether she is richly adorned or dressed.'”
Luosang just ignored them. Argh! Boys will be boys!
After spending some time appreciating the beautiful snow, the group of people went to the restaurant. Yan Su was already there. She was wearing a thick down coat and a bright red scarf and was standing in the courtyard. Her brows were slim and dark. Her lips were thin and perfectly shaped. In the dim light of dusk, she looked stunningly beautiful.
“Su, long time no see.” Luosang rushed up to her and gave her a huge hug. “I missed you.”
“Sangsang, I missed you too.” Yan Su hugged her back, “How’ve you been?”
“Good. You?”
“I’ve been good too,” Yan Su nodded. “Couldn’t be better.”
