After dinner, Mo Liuxi turned on the TV, and found the series that Yan Su had talked about. It was a thriller.

The first twenty minutes were fine. Later on, Mo Liuxi noticed that every time a scary scene came on, Yan Su would silently turn her eyes away, and her body would automatically go stiff.

Mo Liuxi quietly went into his bedroom, then returned and sat by her side.

“Even that scares you?”

Yan Su blushed. Afterall, she suggested watching the series. She was aware that some horror movies and TV dramas could really scare her. When she was little, she watched a Kindaichi film and didn’t dare sleep alone for a few days afterward.

“Don’t be afraid, I’m here.” Mo Liuxi dragged her into his arms and said, “It’s just a zombie. It’s not scary at all. It’s nothing but a few pieces of wrinkled artificial skin stuck on their faces.”

Hearing that, Yan Su carefully turned to the TV and saw a zombie jump out of a coffin, along with horrifying music. She trembled with fright, and hurriedly buried her face into his chest.

“You don’t need to be afraid of that.” Mo Liuxi really liked being held tight by her. He whispered in her ear, “What should I do? You’re older than me, yet you’re so easy to scare. You’re a little girl who needs to be taken care of.”

“Don’t you know that all girls are easy to scare?” Yan Su raised her head from his chest, complaining but saw Mo Liuxi wearing a zombie skin on his face, looking even scarier than the zombies on TV.

She burst into a scream, sprung up and jumped to the side.

“What is that!” She nearly lost her mind.
