“That’s true.” Jiaojiao stretched out lazily. “Since we’re out here anyway, let’s wait a little longer.”

Mo Liuxi was silent now. He was staring at her.

As a director, he thought that her acting was terrible.

Jiaojiao wanted to cry. She didn’t know what else to do.

Suddenly, the door opened and s.h.i.+ Xiang walked out. His handsome face was stained by a smudge of pink on his cheek. Mo Liuxi was stunned when he saw him.

Mo Liuxi could clearly see the stain for himself.

He remembered Yan Su wearing the same shade of lipstick earlier that day.

What were they doing? How did her lipstick end up on his cheek?

It was apparent to him.

His hands were twisted into fists within his pockets.

Jiaojiao could see it and she shuddered. She wanted to say something to him, but she didn’t know what to say since Mo Liuxi was right beside her.

s.h.i.+ Xiang was not in the mood to make small talk either. He gave Mo Liuxi a polite nod before walking off.

Jiaojiao was thinking about the lipstick smudge when Mo Liuxi whispered in her ear, “You should go wipe it off. There are so many reporters around, it would be catastrophic if they took of a picture of him like that.”

Jiaojiao sprinted after s.h.i.+ Xiang immediately.

Mo Liuxi looked at the door. It was left ajar.

He pushed it open and walked in before closing the door behind him.

Yan Su thought that Jiaojiao had returned already, so she quickly turned away and rubbed her eyes. “Don’t ask me anything, I just want to cool down by myself.”

“What do you need to calm down for?” a man said with a cold voice.
