Luosang wondered if Nian Junting would beat her to death if she said what she said in front of him.

“No, I just feel that he’s rather friendly,” Luosang told the truth, “It’s strange. No matter what he does, I wouldn’t be mad. And, didn’t you find him extra cute when he was trying to pull a long face?”

Yan Su s.h.i.+vered and replied with, “Were you talking about Mr. Nian?”

“No,” Luosang shook her head, “I’ve often wanted to kill Junting with my slipper.”

Yan Su was speechless. How sad would Mr. Nian be if he heard that?

“Luo, is it because that boy looks a little similar to you?” Yan Su said.

Luosang paused briefly, saying, “We do look a little similar. If only he was my brother.”

Thinking about her younger brother, she sighed.

“Please,” Yan Su hurriedly responded with, “You’re such a nice person. You wouldn’t have such an annoying brother.”

Luosang smiled. At that moment, the doctor waved a hand toward her and asked, “What is wrong?”

Luosang handed him the b-ultrasound scan report.

The doctor spent a short while reading the report, then brought her into the consulting room and gave her a checkup.

Soon after, the doctor walked out and said to her, “You’re not bleeding, but there is a small risk for miscarriage. You should rest at home for a little while. Don’t come out. Also, s.e.xual intercourse needs to be avoided for a while.

Luosang’s heart sank.

She was planning to give herself to Nian Junting as a gift, as she truly didn’t know what to get him. But now, that plan could not be executed.

“Should I take some medicine?”

“Better not. Almost all medicines have side effects,” the doctor handed her the report back.

As she and Yan Su walked out, Nian Junting immediately stood up from his chair. He quickly walked to Luosang’s side, put an arm around her and asked, “Luo, what did the doctor say?” He was probably afraid that the thick-skinned Mo Liuxi would try to carry his woman again.
