“Do you really think I care about teaching him?” Luosang said angrily. She finally understood what it meant by, “never judge a book by its cover.” She didn’t understand why someone as handsome as he was would spread rumors like that about her.

“What are you doing here if you don’t care?” Zhou w.a.n.ke pointed to the door behind her. “You should buy a ticket home as soon as possible. There isn’t any use, even if you go look for the director. You shouldn’t have messed around with s.h.i.+ Xiang. He’s the biggest A-list star now. Although he’s a singer, he has plenty of film and television projects on his plate as well.” She laughed sarcastically and walked back into the recording studio.

Luosang knew that her words would bear little weight, especially when pitted against s.h.i.+ Xiang’s, but she had to try to defend herself. She would hate for the rumors that she tried to seduce s.h.i.+ Xiang to spread all over the industry. It would drastically affect her reputation and her career.

She waited for 45 minutes before s.h.i.+ Xiang appeared with his a.s.sistant and his bodyguard. “s.h.i.+ Xiang.” Luosang walked over briskly towards him, but his bodyguard blocked her path immediately before she could draw close.

When s.h.i.+ Xiang saw her, he looked upset. He wondered what she had to say now. “What’s the matter?”

“You accused me falsely of trying to seduce you and asked the company to s.h.i.+ft my schedule! What do you think the matter is?” Luosang laughed coldly. “Ask yourself truthfully, did I or did I not try to seduce you?”

s.h.i.+ Xiang frowned. He was taken aback by her confrontation. His a.s.sistant, David Han, looked upset. “What’s the matter with Fanyu? How could they allow her to confront s.h.i.+ Xiang like this? I’m calling your director. This is outrageous.”

“David.” s.h.i.+ Xiang stopped him and looked at him. “What did you tell the crew?”

David Han said, “I just told them that she was hara.s.sing you. I wanted them to rearrange her work time so that you won’t have to b.u.mp into her while you’re here. I didn’t expect her to be so thick about it. What a shameless girl.”
