“I should be asking you that. Did you send the cake?” Luosang was nervous. She was also a little hopeful.

Luosang looked at her phone and looked over at the cake again. She couldn’t help but smile. She had misunderstood him, earlier. Now, she couldn’t bear to dig into such an exquisite cake.

She was planning to eat half of the cake, but now she was determined to finish the entire thing. She didn’t want to let his good-intentions go to waste.
