The look in Luo Sang’s eyes softened when she saw him. She was angry because he had gone out last night, but was delighted because he had carried her to bed. She quietly walked over, picked up the blanket, and gently covered him with it.

Once she had done that, Nian Junting was awake. He sat up and gazed at her with drowsy eyes while saying, “You do love me.”

Luo Sang didn’t understand. When had she said that she didn’t love him?

Nian Junting pulled her into his arms and then said in a soft voice, “Luo Sang, you love me. Chi Shengxu isn’t even as good as a hair of mine in your heart, right?”
