After leaving Yuxi, Luosang took the bus by herself to the old house. She used to take the same bus every day to school. It took her about an hour to reach her estate. The place looked the same, but Luosang didn’t feel like it was home anymore.

After ten minutes, she was back at her place. It was muscle memory for her. After what happened then, she had sold the villa at a low price. She didn’t even know the owners now. She stood outside quietly staring at the building as the past flashed before her eyes. Suddenly, her eyes welled up with tears.

Someone opened the gates of the house, and she quickly turned to leave. The person called out to her, “Luosang?”

She turned to see Zeng Zhun. Her face was aghast, and she quickened her pace.

“Luosang, wait up!” Zeng Zhun caught up with her.

Luosang turned and said coldly, “What are you doing here? Is Yi Jingxi here as well?”

“He’s not here. He doesn’t have time to come back, especially with what’s happening to the company.” Zeng Zhun laughed bitterly. “I’m only back to fetch some things for him.”

“My house was sold to Yi Jingxi?” Luosang asked in disbelief.
