“They left,” Yuan Zichu looked up and said, placing the props into a bag. He explained, “We just finished rehearsing.”

“Didn’t we agree to meet at seven?” Luo Sang was stunned. “Why didn’t anyone tell me that the time had been changed?”

“Everyone refuses to listen to you,” Yuan Zichu sighed. “I was afraid that you’d wait here all by yourself, so I dawdled to stay behind to tell you.”

“You guys really think I’m that kind of person.” Luo Sang was furious. She could choose to pull out, but voluntarily doing so would show that she had a weak resolve.
