He started dialing their number on the in-room telephone. When the line connected, he started scolding the receptionist on the other end before she could even greet him. The girl replied hesitantly, “I thought you instructed us not to deliver breakfast this morning and not to disturb your rest?”

“Fine, I’ll let it go since you’ve realized your mistake. Don’t commit this kind of error again. Bring breakfast up. My girlfriend is starving.”

He hung up before the receptionist could say another word. He looked up and said, “The hotel said that they will be delivering food very soon. Don’t be mad at me anymore. If you’re really hungry, there are instant noodles here. I can make some for you.”
