When the waiter excused himself, Luosang’s phone rang. She looked down at the caller ID and her face dropped and she immediately declined the call.

“What’s the matter, is that the guy who was hara.s.sing you last night?” Nian Junting asked with concern.

“No, it just some tele-advertiser, I could tell by the first digits of their number,” Luosang said as she proceeded to block the number, she swiftly changed the topic, “Chuen’s birthday is in the first week of the next month, she’s going to hold a birthday party for all her close friends and relatives, are you going to be there?”

“I don’t really talk to her side of the family, Nian Xi, on the other hand, is quite close to them. She should be attending the party,” Nian Junting paused before a grin crept onto his face, “But if you want to go, I can accompany you there, just for you. I’ll have to make some arrangement though.”

“It’s up to you,” Luosang laughed.

He was blocked.

When he considered the possibility that Luosang blocked his number, he clenched his phone tightly in his grasp. Soon, he broke into a smile, he thought that Luosang was merely throwing a tantrum over the loss of Xiao Si and would come crawling back to him in no time.
