Chapter 57: Gun Gun Came Rolling Over

She had been down on her luck recently. Previously she was pushed into the water by Qin Muchen and this time she had to film a series of scenes that made her tired to the bones.

The few of them who were with Lin Wange took the chance to gossip. “But are all of you certain that she is Young Master Mu’s woman?”

“If so, why is she a stuntwoman? A word from Young Master Mu and one can easily land a big role.”

“Therefore, she is at most Young Master Mu’s secret lover.”

“When he is interested, he dotes on her, if not, he throws her aside.”

Gu Shinian pretended not to see and hear them. She made a detour, intending to walk past them.

Lin Wange who had been standing motionless moved to block her.

“Are you thinking of leaving?”

Gu Shinian pursed her lips, maintaining a slight smile. “Alright, I won’t leave for now. Are you the one who told Qin Muchen that I was escaping overseas?”

Although she had no idea what happened in between, Lin Wange was the only one who knew that she was going overseas.

What she said was obviously poking her sore spot.

Lin Wange’s face sank.

“Are you having regrets?” Gu Shinian did not wait for her to answer but continued in a chilling tone, “Yes, I did not manage to leave that day and was taken away by Young Master Mu. Oh, by the way, it is Young Master Mu who took me away at the auction as well.”

She paused briefly. “I always told him not to be too obvious about it, but he insisted on doing all of this.”

Some people have no need to do anything and they can get what other people want, including people and things.

However, there are some people who come up with all sorts of schemes but are left with nothing.

Lin Wange was bursting with anger. “Gu Shinian!”

Gu Shinian pursed her lips, speaking in a chilling tone. “As I have said, it’s best if we can live together in harmony. If all of you stir up trouble for me, don’t blame me for not taking into account that all of us are women.”

“Qin Muchen did not need to do anything. I am able to beat all of you to pulp.”
