878 Fire Authority (1/2)
”Yeah. I have a rough direction for it, so I will probably be fine.”
”I see. Then you take care of yourself. I am not sure what kind of world it will be, so you should watch out and summon the others if needed.”
”Sure. Thank you for your consideration.” Alex nodded before turning to Zark. ”I leave her to you.”
”Yes, Master.” Zark bowed politely and created a Teleportation Array. Lin Xingzhi waved her hand until she disappeared.
Alex nodded and waved back. After they disappeared, Alex turned around, looking at the far horizon. ”This way, I guess. Since it's pretty far, I probably need a day to reach that place, considering I need to use a Rank 9 Teleportation a few thousand times. Haiz… I can finally see how big the universe is.
”If a Teleportation Array can send me one light-year, which is around three hundred thousand kilometers, it's a few thousand light-years away from me. I wonder how long I need to travel to head to a planet a million light-years away. Huft…
”There is a theory that I can solve that distance if I can enter the Black Hole. I need to ask Lin Xingzhi about this later.” Alex thought for a moment before finally teleporting himself toward that direction.
Just like how he predicted, he created around four thousand Teleportation Arrays before finally arriving at a world of his target.
And he was a bit exhausted. Considering a Teleportation Array didn't really need much Divine Energy, he managed to do it in one go. Still, he might need to rest for a bit after entering this planet.
”If only there is a combined Teleportation Arrays… Well, I should say Teleportation Formation. I believe a grand Formation with ten Teleportation Array can send me a hundred light years away instead of ten. And there is this warp gate… It contains around a thousand Teleportation Arrays, or that was what I saw earlier.”
Alex pinched the bridge of his nose while glancing at this red planet. This planet was slightly bigger than the Upper World and had bountiful Fire Energy inside.
When he searched for the atmosphere of this world along with the will that protected this world, he could only see a thin atmosphere as if this world was on the verge of dying.
He shook his head and entered the world.
His vision soon filled with lava and the flash of fire that was hopping around from one hole to another as if there was a magnet pulling them. He smelled the air and noticed it was filled with sulfur. Luckily, a molecule like this couldn't affect his Divine Body, so he didn't care about it.
Then, his eyes met a giant mountain far to his left.
Alex took out the scroll again and read it once again.
”This technique allowed the former Fire God, Phitrus, to become unrivaled to those who wielded fire. After all, this Divine Technique can control them with just a single command. Now that I have reached God Stage, I can finally see how scary this technique is…
”I don't know how many people I can suppress at once, but if it's able to affect the others to the point they can't do anything, then I don't think I will lose to any fire cultivators again.
”And I should use the Fire Authority to activate this scroll to reveal the position.” Alex thought for a moment and commanded, ”Fire, Arise!”
Alex's Pure Fire suddenly seeped inside the scroll before the latter glowed. The scroll seemed to be pulling him somewhere, but he couldn't tell where the scroll wanted to bring him.
”As expected, the technique is in this world, but I need to get closer first, so the scroll can guide me.” Alex sighed and decided to fly around to recover his Divine Energy.
After that, he started his journey aimlessly, hoping that the scroll would react soon.
Three days later.
”!!!”
The scroll suddenly moved slightly to the left, showing the way to the original technique. Alex immediately turned around until the scroll changed direction again, adjusting the target position.
This piqued his interest, considering he was near the volcano.
”Ehm… Don't tell me.” Alex squinted his eyes and activated his Spirit Eyes. There was this glowing ball inside the volcano's stomach.
”I guess it can't be helped.”
