”I will say it again. All of you will die in this place.” Alex said as he looked at the soldiers with a cold gaze.

Alex raised his hand as a giant phoenix appeared above his hand.

”Cry!” The phoenix let out a sound that alarmed every soldier on the battlefield.

There were suddenly two pairs of giant wings on Alex's back. The wings were like Kyle's but more exquisite. The wings were made up of translucent red feathers. With the phoenix above his head, he was like the incarnation of Phoenix king.

”Fire Phoenix Art, Third Stage. Phoenix Wing.”

Alex then flapped his wings before many feathers flew toward the soldiers. They flew like Alex's firebirds but more powerful.

”Boom Boom Boom!”

”Attack him!”

”Kill him!”

”He had cut both of our crown prince's arms. Hurry up and kill him.”

”But, his highness is…”

”Even if we don't do anything, he will kill us! We need to kill him before he can kill us.”

”Attack.”

Alex made the phoenix fly toward the soldiers and made a huge explosion. Luckily, this huge explosion did not manage to alarm the other battlefield. If not, there would be more coming this way.

Alex used this explosion as a diversion. He immediately made a teleportation array and teleported him to his previous position.

When he appeared, no one managed to notice him yet as he already retracted his Fire Wings. He looked at one of the Martial Lords that was fighting Anna.

He raised his spear. The twin intent started covering the spear with its power, and even his fire suddenly blazed on the spear blade. Alex took a deep breath before throwing it.

The moment he threw the spear, those two Martial Lords immediately noticed it. They felt the sharpness from Alex's Intent and flame. And the spear was flying toward one of them at a fast speed. The targeted person immediately turned around.

”Not good! Hah!” He swung his sword as hard as he could to block or at least to deflect it away from him. Sadly, they never expected Alex to come back to this place. Because of that carelessness, they did not have a chance to use their skill. If not, they could block this spear easily even with Alex's Twin Intent and Fire. After all, Alex was still a 2-Star Martial Lord, whereas they were 7-Star Martial Lord. The gap was too big.

”Hah!” The Martial Lord tried his best to block this spear. And because the spear was spinning, the piercing power was even greater. And the conclusion suddenly arrived where the sword he used suddenly broke.

”Not good!” The Martial Lord could only be shocked as the moment the spear broke his sword, it continued flying toward his heart and pierced it like nothing.

”Sun!” The other Martial Lord was shocked that his friend died in a single attack that they should be able to block. He shouted, ”How dare you ambush us!”

At that time, Anna smiled coldly as she swung her scythe toward him. ”Dark Cut!”

”What, you!” The Martial Lord just forgot about her in a split second because of Alex's appearance. Anna's attack already arrived on his neck. It was like Anna and Alex could know what each other was thinking without even saying anything.

”Two guys that tried to bully a woman who has a lower cultivation had no right to talk like that,” Alex said coldly as he looked at the flying head.

He did not rest or talk to Anna as he came toward Leoz.

”Ha!” Leoz was engaging Oliver with a high swordsmanship. Their sword was clashing a few hundred rounds in just a minute. But Oliver suddenly felt a pain on his chest… No, it is not on his chest alone, all the fire energy in his body was forcefully suppressed from the outside.

When he turned around, he saw Alex using his Fire again to suppress him. He knew the threat of Pure Fire Element, especially to the sect that was full of Fire Element users. He needed to kill Alex in this place. If not, Alex would become the nightmare of Mount Hua Sect. However, he could not picture himself in doing that.

Leoz already swung his giant sword. Oliver blocked it with his sword, but suddenly, he dodged to the side and felt pain on his back.

It turned out Anna approached him from behind and tried to kill him with her scythe. And Alex also did not realize that Anna already showed her wings. This only meant one thing. Anna had used her True Spirit Body.

”This is not fair. How dare you to roach upon this sacred duel!” Oliver said.

”…” Alex, Anna, and Leoz were dumbfounded when they heard that.

”Bahahaha!” Anna was laughing so hard.

”Should I develop this kind of shamelessness too?” Alex asked Anna and Leoz.

”No!” Both of them answered at the same time.

Alex paused a little before he shrugged his shoulder. ”Good enough. Leoz, Kill him.”

”Understood!” Leoz charged toward him again and swung his big sword.

”Hmph, you only succeeded to wound me because of that sneak attack. Since I already prepared, you won't be able to make another surprise attack! Even his Pure Fire won't be able to restrict me!”

”Yeah, but that sneak attack is all we need to bring you down.” Leoz roared.

”What do-!” Before Oliver finished his words, he felt his reaction was a bit sluggish.

Anna only smiled as she said, ”Tri Xeta.”

That little wound was all they needed to kill Oliver. With Anna's Tri Xeta that immediately lowered Oliver's reaction speed, Leoz shifted his sword a little bit to avoid Oliver's sword before cutting him down.
