Alex nodded. He looked at Anya.

After looking at Mithra one last time, they decided to go back.
Alex then started making a few arrays for himself. He only made two of them though. Rank 4 Gathering Array and Rank 4 Lightning Rod Array.
Mithra did not get shocked by Alex's identity as an Array Master even though she did not see Alex use his Teleportation Array. After all, Maxwell also an Alchemist as well as an Array Master. So, she had expected something like this.
After finishing both Arrays, Alex started cultivating.
After an entire day of cultivating, he finally managed to trigger the lightning tribulation.
Alex frowned as he did not know whether this barrier could really mask his Lightning Tribulation or not. After all, when he tried to use his Teleportation Array, he could only teleport them to a certain high.
When the lightning tribulation came, Alex was wondering which sky turned to dark. He tried to activate his Spirit Eyes, and it surprised him.
Maybe because he finally looked at the barrier carefully from the inside, Alex could finally see the shape of the barrier… No, he should say barriers.
He finally realized there were two barriers that protected himself. One of them looked like the sphere. It must be the one that prevented him from teleporting the undead higher.
And if Alex looked at it more carefully, there was a barrier outside this sphere that stretched far to the sky.
He was shocked by this. Maxwell must use the first barrier to camouflage the entire area, and the sphere was the real wall that separated this place from another world.
But something was bugging him. With this spherical barrier, he was wondering if the Lightning Tribulation would hit the barrier or immediately came to him.
Of course, that question was answered by Mithra. She threw Maxwell's token up high until it reached the top of the barrier.
The token then opened the barrier but only the roof area to let the Lightning Tribulation come. After all, if the barrier prevented the lightning tribulation, Alex might fail in his tribulation as it will count as 'Cheating.'
From outside, the sky would look like normal. But if they came inside this place, they would see the dark and dangerous cloud in the sky.
The glamorous lightning not only echoed through the sky but reverberated the earth. It was far more grandeur than Alex's previous lightning tribulation.
Even Mithra, on the side, could not help but comment, \”Are you sure this is your Martial Lord Tribulation?\”
Her or even that Maxwell's lightning tribulation was not this absurd. She felt that Alex's tribulation was four times stronger than ordinary people's, and even two times stronger than Maxwell's. She just could not believe it.

Alex looked at the Lightning Tribulation. He took a deep breath as he took out his Spear and Sword. He even activated his Pure Fire again as he had sealed it in his Phoenix Seed when he was talking with Mithra.
Well, if she watched his previous lightning tribulation, she might not be surprised by this. Or at least, if she could just see the sky turned into golden, then she should have expected something like this. Sadly, she was not.
The first yellow lightning strike came straight at him. He brushed it off easily with his sword. He never got any challenge in the first strike. Well, if he already got challenged at the very first strike, then it would not be good for him.
After all, there was no telling what would happen next.
The lightning tribulation did not waste any time as it immediately sent the second lightning strike to him. Alex wanted to brush it off again with his sword. But when the sword clashed with the lightning, he was surprised that the lightning suddenly got far stronger. Or at least, this was not the usual way of the lightning tribulation.
In his Master's and Grandmaster's lightning tribulation, the second lightning only had one and a half-power from the first one. But this time, the lightning had two times its power.

He did not waste any time and used his Immovable Step to get another boost of power to destroy this lightning strike.
The third lightning strike then struck down. Alex did not dare to underestimate this again… No, he was not underestimating it, he was just reserving his power for the rest of the strike.
But at the third lightning, he immediately activated his Sword Intent. He struck the lightning with his sword.
Alex destroyed it with ease this time since he used his Sword Intent.
The sound of lightning then echoed again in the sky as the yellow lightning turned to blue color. Alex took a deep breath as his expression became more serious.
