Alex closed his eyes. Evelyn and the rest noticed him. They knew the relationship between them. Watching his friend lost was pretty disturbing.

”Big Brother Alex, Big Brother Simon just didn't have enough time to cultivate. If he had another two or three years, he should be able to defeat him easily.” Trying to comfort him, Evelyn said.

Alex patted her head and spoke, ”I am fine. I am sure that he is not the one that can't fight with that challenge.”

Both of them immediately released their Spiritual Energy. Surprisingly, the amount of their Spiritual Energy didn't differ so much. Lena was close to 9-Star Martial Master as her opponent was a new 9-Star Martial Master.

Lena's opponent, Hendra, released his element on his fist. A flame rose from his hand and covered his hand. His gauntlet was designed specifically to resist his fire. He made the first move. He punched forward.

The fire on his fist suddenly flared up. Like a flamethrower on Earth. The flame burst out toward Lena.

”Raging Waves” Lena only raised her sword and swung it horizontally. Alex didn't manage to see her element, so he finally found out that her element was water. Alex knew Evelyn's element in their training. She had the same element as him, a Fire Element.

A projectile of Ocean Waves suddenly swept the arena. The blazing fire suddenly vanished as the Ocean Waves put it down instantly.

”Guardian!” Hendra suddenly stomped the ground as he crossed his hands in front of him. A shield suddenly appeared in front of him. The shield broke the ocean waves and shielded him from the water.

With the waves as her curtain, Lena disappeared. When the waves were over, She suddenly appeared and approached Hendra from his back. As expected from a 9-Star Martial Master, Hendra was not that easy to be fooled. He realized that Lena was approaching from his rear. He immediately turned back and raised his stances, he was ready for close combat.

Surprisingly, Lena suddenly opened her palm. Suddenly a blue light appeared on her palm, the blue light slowly became a sword shape. She gripped the light and threw it to her opponent.

It threw off his balance, Lena tried to cut him down with this move. Unfortunately, a disciple of Heavenly Sword Sect was not that easy. He threw his other fist to block Lena's sword and jumped back to stabilize his form.

Alex saw the peculiar Sword Art. He furrowed his eyebrows. Evelyn came to him, She knew Alex's talent in sword since he taught her. But she never saw the depth of his talent in sword, so she wanted to test it with this, ”Big Brother Alex, how about that Sword Art? ”It is a handy Sword Art. It can be infused by the Martial Artist's element. If he or she had a Fire Element like you, that can increase the force and make an explosion. If it was infused by a plant user, it might be able to grow a plant or a vine and restricted the opponent's movement.” Alex said casually.

At first, he was a bit interested in this Sword Art. But, judging from his observation, he can only use it from his palm. If he used both of his sword and his spear in his hands, he can't use this Sword Art. So, this Sword Art was not that useful for him in the long run. That's why he lost his motivation to copy this Sword Art.

She never experienced him doing that, so she was curious. To grab some vital information just by looking at the Sword Art, she was convinced. Alex was really able to copy a Sword Art just by looking.

She thought she had not repaid him yet for his teaching, so she said, ”If Big Brother Alex wants to learn it, Evelyn can show it to you. Or even other Sword Arts that big brother fancied.”

”No, I'm not interested in learning Sword Arts for now. Too many Sword Arts might hinder my decision on which one I should use. That's why I am fine with a few core Sword Arts.” Alex said.

Evelyn then said, ”Then, how about Spirit Stones? I have fifty thousand Spirit Stones with me from my family. I remembered that I had not paid Big Brother Alex's teaching yet. So...”
