Chapter 52 - Reapers (5) (2/2)

”Of course, please take any seat that pleases you!” The waitress cheerfully announced.

”I will take the one by the windows.”

”Very well... guessing from your headwear... you like something intense?” The waitress continued.

”How about our Crimson Valley Brew? We can guarantee your specific satisfaction.”

”Yes, thank you.”

In all honesty, Simon found the waitress to be rather cute. She had a slim figure, Pure crimson skin, Green eyes, and a charming smile. Her beauty could be viewed as intoxicating for some. In Simon's opinion, she seemed friendly, but that is probably because of customer service. Along with all of this, she didn't look over 16 years of age and already seemed like she could become a 4th rank visionary, or perhaps she already was.

”Here is your coffee sir.” The waitress said as she gently put a cup of coffee in front of Simon and gave a brief smile.

”Thank you, miss.” Simon warmly replied.

”By any chance, do you know anything about a certain Hecate Reaper?” Simon asked out of nowhere.

”Hmmm... the first daughter of the Diva? Why do you ask? It couldn't possibly because this mister fancies her, could it?” The waitress giggled and blushed.

Dressed in his amazing attire, Simon gave off the appearance of a man of prestige, even without a higher tier set of horns. But this waitress actually giggled.

”I am not interested in her.” Simon plainly responded as he inserted a straw into the coffee and took a sip through the mask.

”Eh? O well, I guess it's too much to ask for. Greetings sir, I am Hecate Reaper.” The girl calmly told Simon.

”Oh? And why would a first daughter be working at a cafe? Stop trying to fool me.” Simon laughed.

'Now that I think about it, she does seem to possess extremely a high resemblance to Hecate... I will continue on with laughing at her nevertheless.'

”Pffft... Who are you kidding? A Diva's daughter in a cafe as a waitress? Have the skies fallen on us?” Simon laughed.

”I am serious, I am Hecate Reaper.”

”And I am Karlus Crypts! The Diva of this place! Of course not, a noble devil would never do such a disgraceful thing as to serve as a waitress in a cafe.” Simon ridiculed.

”Miss, you seem like a kind and gentle woman, I'd advise you not to get mixed up with that girl. If you ever need anything, I am a heart away.” Simon said in a flirtatious voice.

'It's good to know that I haven't lost my sense of humour.'
