20 Treated Like A Child (1/2)

Amy stood rooted on the spot, upon hearing Ryan's question. Through out her life, all her decisions are taken by her alone. Her parents never interfered in her choices, so she is used to it. Though she is married, she mostly considered Ryan as a friend. But Ryan's words made her realize the fact that she is married. As a married couple, their choices will affect one another directly or in directly.

Moreover, his attitude towards her yesterday had affected her to the extent of losing her sleep. Thinking that, Amy felt shocked. As a person who was used to hardships, she never allowed her emotions to be trampled by people.

But when it comes to Ryan, his every gestures and actions seems to have damage her mood.Remembering back how she only informed and gave some reasons for her decision install of asking for his opinion, she felt guilty. She wanted to apologise but before that Ryan spoke.

”No need to apologise.” Saying this he poked her forehead with his index finger. ”Next time, just remember that you're not single anymore.”

Sensing the tease in his voice, Amy's temper rose. She glared at him. ”Well... it's totally not my mistake. This is my first time being in a relationship... so of course mistakes are bound to happen.”

Seeing his wife returning back to her original state of mind, Ryan laughed. In truth, he himself has felt guilty for his behavior the previous day.

Seeing his laugh, Amy blanked out for a second. ”He looks so good when he laughs.”

Lost in her thoughts, Amy totally forgot that she has been staring at her husband.

Noticing her awestruck look, Ryan felt an urge to laugh again. He waved his hand in front of her asking: ”Hey!! You ok?”

Snapping out of her gaze, Amy took a deep breath. ”Next time. Next time if you have something to say..say it directly instead of giving me cold shoulders.”

”Sure..Sure...Next time I'll be careful. This time, forgive me..cause this is my first time being in a relationship, so mistakes are bound to happen.” Ryan replied among his laugh.

Listening to the familiar words, Amy had an urge to hit him. She wants to give him a menacing look, but when she looked up all she can see is a pair of black eyes filled with smile.
